The fireplace ash-bin I ordered was faulty
The fireplace ash-bin I ordered was received broken- the welds/solder points were poorly done and the sides collapsed on itself. We had to drill into the side panels of the bin and screw the sides together.
I kept the bin because I didn't want to go through the trouble of re-ordering or getting a refund. Also, the other sites were selling the same item at ridiculously inflated prices.

Dear Susan,
We are sorry to hear that your shipment was delayed. Regrettably, the order was received and processed after the Priority Mail cut off on the Friday 7/10. We were able to get the items in the mail on the 7/13 wit the expectation of delivery 7/15. Apparently the Postal Service had other plans and delivered on 7/17.
Although we are unable to control the delivery by local service, we do apologize for the delays and trust that they did not cause too much frustration (your package seems to have had an extended stay in both Dallas and Houston).

Excellent company. Great communication getting this little heater to me despite my PO Box address. Good buy on hard to find electric fire place space heater, The last Dimplex one I had lasted over ten years. Everyone here was very helpful.

Placing my online order was very easy and the price was great. Shipping was fast. I was particularly impressed by how well my item was prepared for shipping - reinforcement on all the edges to prevent crushing and strapping as an added precaution. The box arrived in great condition!
