Terrible service
Terrible service, i requested updates about my order that i made on november 1st, which i ordered it on that time since it is (or was) a christmas present, i got no actual response just that the order was being shipped, well it wasnt shipped until December the 10th, one month and 10 days later it was shipped, not delivered, shipped, since it is an international order i know is not going to arrive on time because of the delay on the shipment, i even let them know that if needed to pay extra to have on time i would do it but i was just simply ignored.

Hi Stiven, sorry you had a bad experience with your order. As we explained over email, your order was returned back to us by customs due to incomplete address. You then confirmed that the address structure for Costa Rica was different to standard and we resent the item.

Shipments to Mexico with Royal Mail Tracked can take up to a month in transit. We hope you understand that a longer fulfilment time is expected for orders outside Europe as we fulfil from the UK.

reached out to ask when would be back in stock they advised when. I signed up for notifications... item was back in stock and ordered , after it being dispatched it was a few days for delivery. cant grumble.
