Your item was a pre order as stated in the product title hence the time it took to produce. Our sizing is also in line with all other football jerseys for actual teams so it is in no way smaller than normal.

Terrible service kept promising to dispatch the item and over 4 months later nothing was received rude unprofessional company refused to refund me had to force a refund through PayPal

Ordered two shirts - NO UPDATES EVER, AT ALL! They don't turn up after a month.
They've taken £120 of my money with no updates of dispatch or tracking.

The best clothing apparel that involves professional wrestling in the world today. I always use their training pants to train in the gym or in martial arts (or both). If I had more money, then I would buy more training pants and at least 2 jerseys. Fantastic job.

Great Customer Service Despite a Small Issue
I had a small issue with my order due to an unexpected stock shortage, which caused a slight delay in resolving the problem. However, given the busy holiday season, I completely understand. The product arrived in good condition, and any price differences were promptly refunded. Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the effort the team put into resolving everything. I would order again with no doubt.

Terrible communication and delivery time
twice I have attempted to buy a firestarter Jake Crist tshirt, and twice I've received nothing and had no response from any of their means of contact. The first was randomly cancelled by Blcksmth and the second has been classed as Unfulfilled for months

No customer service, very disappointed
When you contact their email, you don’t even receive an automated response.
I preordered the United empire shirt, which began shipping from 2nd October, and have yet to receive any communication.
I feel like some communication/transparency would go a long way.
