Replaced 5 windows in 2 years
Bella Vista used this company for our windows. The home was 2 years old when we had to replace 4 broken seal windows. One year later- we replaced the largest window in our home on our dime. Today we reported window number 6! Their response: contact our third party and pay for labor. Windows should have an expected life time of longer than 3 years. Do not buy from Bella Vista if they used BFS for windows.

Windows originally paid for & ordered in March ‘22. Install was set for July 15. No windows & come to find out they’d cancelled my order & never let us know or why. Reordered in July with a 9/13 install date. As of today, they have no idea when my windows will arrive. Demanding total refund.

Very friendly staff and easy to communicate with. They really made an effort to listen and provided excellent suggestions and were able to deliver as promised. Windows look and function brilliantly..
Should be ZERO stars
Should be ZERO stars. Worse than Lowes Homecenter if that’s possible. Attitude of employees towards customers is toxic. They are order takers so if you have a problem with getting your goods you are on your own. I’d go elsewhere but live in a small metro area and don’t have a choice. Bunch of bums.

I ordered a custom-built door for a customer on 12/10/21. Salesman advised it would be ready the week of Christmas. Fast forward to 30 days after Christmas, with numerous un returned phone calls, I stopped in, and to my amazement, the door was done. I paid for it to be delivered on Thursday, and you guessed it, no delivery. After talking with salesman again Thursday afternoon, he advised it will be Friday now. Fast forward to Friday after 4 pm, still no door. Again called salesman only to be advised that the delivery man didn't come back from lunch, so it will be Monday for delivery. I was extremely aggravated and asked for a manager, and of course, after 4 disconnects, I told the salesperson to walk down to his office. Finally, after 45 minutes said manager gets on phone and as I explain to him the issues with his company his only response was if you can't speak to me in a normal voice this call is over. I'm 51 freaking years old with 1 momma and 1 daddy. I'll be damned if you're gonna tell me how I can and can not speak. I informed him that if he couldn't handle an aggravated customer , he needed to get someone who on the phone that can actually take care of issue at hand and deal with his feelings with a paid professional. It was at this point that instead of owning they screwed up, he actually blamed me the customer. Wow, is all I can say with a few other colorful words? I will give all my business from now on to another local company and HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to stay away from this "Charlie foxtrot."
This people are the worst
This people are the worst, their product is cheap, but the prices are NOT. Purchased French doors for $2,600+ a few years ago now they are claiming they purchased windows from 4 different companies and they can't honor the warranty, Liars! This is not the first time they have pulled something like this with their cheap products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU ARE A QUALITY BUILDER...
BFS/BMC is the worst
BFS/BMC is the worst! They treat their employees like crap, and their customers even worse! I used to work there, and have seen this company do horrible things, not only to their employees, but theor customers! They evade calls from customers because they forgot to order parts, or ordered the wrong parts, so they ignore customers so they don't have to talk to them, up to 6 months. I'm not talking about simple stuff, I mean important stuff, and things that need IMEDIATE attention! They treat staff as if they are stupid, and don't care about people. If you have the displeasure of having to deal with them, then you should really consider any other option. The only thing that matters to them are numbers, and shareholders! They are an unbelievably evil and selfish company, extremely incompetent, and unwilling to admit fault, or unwilling to do what it takes to make things right, for employees, and customers! If you have ANY other option, you should consider those. There are good companies out there that literally strive to make the customer happy, in any way they can. If you are in Dallas/Ft.Worth, there are some very good smaller companies that WILL treat you right. BFS/BMC is absolutely horrendous, and doesn't care about anything buy filling their pockets, at any cost! I've seen it first hand, and have experienced it servicing theor customers first hand. Worst experience I've EVER had.

Worst customer service ever!!!
Would have given them no stars if that were an option. Tara in the Houston office has been totally unresponsive. I have a stress fracture in a brand new window that they are trying to blame on “other trades”. I have emailed three times asking for a response and they simply don’t care. I guess too big to care about the little person. Buyer beware!
