If I could leave no stars I would. Absolute joke of a company. The tracking they provided showed my order never left the USA! After 3 months of contacting them still no refund! SCAM COMPANY

I like many was wary after I ordered , got a confirmation and then heard nothing . However I got an e mail saying it was on its way and sure enough it arrived about 11 days after ordering . It does come from the USA so not British based but the stuff is the real deal and works out a fraction of the dentists cost

Ordered 10-day treatments and they send half what I paid for never responded when I emailed about this issue and then after 1 week send an email begging for a good review on TrustPilot so here it is 100% honest review DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE DROPSHIPPER SCAMMERS THEY ARE SENDING YOU STUFF FROM CHINA

I had to leave a review as like many others I purchased then read reviews, felt sick, spent just over £50. I to thought it was based in the UK then found out it was the USA so I wasn't happy, however.. today I am buzzing because my opalescence arrived today, actually only took 6 days from LA to Lancashire England, UK. I can assure you it is 100% genuine thank God and the site is not fake, I guess I was just very lucky ,

My items never arrived, Noone responds in email or phone. This is a total scum

As seems to be a familiar story with this company placed my order, paid my money and have nothing to show for it. Now I have the time consuming process of attempting to get my money back. Good luck getting any sort of response from this company. How companies like this are still able to operate freely in 2021 is beyond me.

I ordered these bleach refills. They came after about a week. That was good. But I have just wasted my money. I can't get the bleach out of the syringe. You have to push quite hard, and so far to much comes out. I've had to wipe it up from my bathroom window sill! I have used twice with great difficulty and now have one syringe left. I emailed the company and was told to put the bleach back in the syringe and return??? Well I can't do that either. Won't be buying again. Very disappointed. One star for promt delivery.

I didn’t realise they were based in the USA - so when my refills hadn’t arrived after a week I was a little concerned, so I contacted customer services.

They were polite and friendly, and quick to respond, giving a date of around 3 weeks after my initial order as a target for deliver. Anyway, the refills turned up next week, so around 2 weeks delivery in total - which wasn’t a problem, just something to be aware of.

The product’s great too, I was sceptical as I went for an extremely low priced 35% CP gel, but the results have been fantastic. I made a bit of an error of judgement and tried to sleep with the stuff in at first - gums became quite red and irritated, but did a bit of Googling and since then have limited to an hour per session - usually after I’ve brushed my teeth in a morning. Have done this for about 5 days and noticed great results, having only used about 2-3ml of the 10ml tube; at this rate the tube will likely last a good year or so - so will work out as excellent value.

This is a USA based company. I have used them for years. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks as they ship from the USA. Madison is a lovely helpful person in Customer Services. I did also order from Bleachrefillsuk.com they are UK based and orders are delivered in 2-3 days they are nothing to do with the Bleachrefills.co.uk website.

Customer service is a joke, they just continue to say processed refund.

So after buying my bleach, I went on google and saw all these negitive reviews and panicked. But 3 days later, my gels arrived in excellent condition. Not sure why so many have had a negative response because i had no issues at all and will defo be back!

Scam they don’t send your items!! Fob you off saying they’ve resent when they haven’t I claimed my money back through PayPal

Put my order in on 5th May. Didn’t receive anything even though tracking said it was in UK “in Transit “
Contacted company who responded very quickly to my email and assuring me they had re - sent and I would receive product no later than 19th July 2021.
Still not received order and now no response to my emails after I asked for either my order or refund!
Obviously been scammed as company seems to be UK based as well as US.

My experience with Bleachrefills has been very positive, my order arrived within 10 days from the USA and the order has been full filled and delivered by USPS with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be buying more in the future and has been an absolute pleasure doing business with Bleachrefills with a First Class Service!

THIEVES AND FRAUDS - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They are thieves. They don’t send ANY items. They take payment and send you a dodgy UPS link which tells you your items are in the USA even though it’s a UK company. They steal your money and details! Beware!!
