USA site, not UK. Intentionally misleading.
Ordered a kit and a whitening pen. Received after 2 weeks 2 syringes of gel, 3 trays and no instructions. Looked on Trustpilot and then realised I had been conned.
Anyway, emailed them (an ordinary yahoo account, not a business one} asking for a refund and was told to send 'kit' back to USA, I said I wouldn't unless they pay me to do so. Not heard from them since.
Took out resolution with Paypal, hope I get my £33 back.
Please avoid, you can get the same on ebay at a fraction of the price.

Love the product . It took a little longer because of COVID . They were very helpful. I would buy again from them . Very good value .

I got mine today which had been sent from the US. It would be better if the company told people they were based in the US.

100% a scam. I ordered from them last year and my order did arrive but my current order which was ordered over 3 months ago never arrived. They are clearly out of business and just stealing people’s money with no intention of sending the item. They then give you the same run around mentioned by people below to buy more time. Say they will resend the item which again never arrives, then try a refund, then the refund doesn’t work they need to chase PayPal. Then its put back on you that you must have changed payment info and do I want them to resend the item again instead.
Absolute joke - any good review on here is part of their scam, don’t fall for it.
I will be reporting this business and so should everyone else - let’s get these criminals shut down!!

Claim to be a UK company, then send my order from USA with long delivery wait. I emailed to cancel my order 3 times and have had the same auto generated response each time, not even acknowledging my email. They have, nevertheless taken payment already and i will be disputing this with Paypal in 2 days when the 14 business day delivery wait is over (still not received product or a response)

This company is a joke, I made a order in April and still haven’t received any of my products! I have emailed and called and was told that they would re send, was told that they would give me a refund! All B****Ks! DO NOT USE! I just need to try and get all my money back now

I placed an order on the 7th September but the delivery never arrived. I sent countless emails and I was told my madison the order has been dispatched. It’s all a big lie!

I have raised a dispute with my bank and requested full refund.

Will never ever use them again!

I placed an order on the 21/9/2020 according to USPS the goods was tracked to London on the 24/9/2020, however I still do not have the goods, I emailed Katie about this on 7/10/2020, I still do not have a reply, and there phone number tells me that they are away and to send an email.
I must add that my first purchase from the did arrive, that was 2 years ago.
I suggest to you that you use a UK based company, I will certainly not use Bleech Refills again

I placed an order on 2nd Sept its now 11th Oct and still no goods.
I have had contact from madison who offered to resend another order, I declined as I have bought elsewhere in the time I have been waiting. I have requested a refund 3 times and sadly still nothing. Their prices might be a few quid cheaper but u get what you pay for! So not worth the hassle Pay the extra money and use a more reliable UK based supplier. I've probably lost my money now, dont give them yours.

Dont bother buying from this company never arrived and currently in the process of claiming back my money. Wish i looked at the reviews sooner before i brought

I bought a set of Nite White refills from them and they didn’t work AT ALL! Each set of refills cost £40 and it doesn’t work, they’re absolutely FAKE! How I know? Because I’m very familiar with the product, I’ve bough it in the past for far cheaper from a reliable source and I would normally see results from day 1.
The product they sell at this website is a rip off! and they should reimburse costumers for making them waste time and money on this fake rubbish.

No issues. Took a little time coming however great value so worth it.

I have been buying products from here since 2018 and I have never had any problems . Sometimes it might take a little longer than normal but other than that great .

It has been months since I placed my order and I still do not have any product. To be honest, if my product did arrive now I don't think i'd use it anyway - these people are clearly not professionals.
I've read a lot that it is the competitors that are leaving bad reviews... I don't think so!!

Please do not buy from this company.

I did not receive my item, they then advised they would reship, I then did not receive this.
They then advised they will give me a refund, their email stated 3-5 working days until I should receive this.
It has now been 5 weeks...
& bear in mind I ordered this item around April time.

I have been emailing them since their email advising they will refund me, when I told them I hadn’t received my refund they said they will resend?? I was confused as if they have given me a refund why would they send me out another product, they would be loosing out on money?

I have been emailing them since and trying to ring them with absolutely no type of response - they first stated they was waiting for PayPal when I did not pay via PayPal??

It’s sad that a company is allowed to treat people like this and take their money as from other reviews people haven’t received their refund either.

Dont trust some of these reviews no doubt they are rival firms trying to put them down. I ordered on the 23rd and got my order on the 3rd. So 11 days from the US to Newcastle, England. I actually never checked here before ordering then the day after i read the reviews on here and yes it worried me but i got my whitening gels and have tested them out and they are perfect. I will be buying again from them
