I am in the U.S., would use again.

I am in the U.S. The ordering was easy. The shipping was better than major U.S. computer retailers. Better meaning it was quicker and I received notifications the whole way, so I didn't have to keep checking to see where my package was. And the packaging was great. Nice use of paper for the cushioning, everyone else uses bubble wrap. And most importantly I got the video card I ordered, and it works.

Shipping old revision of product and poor attitude

The fact of my reviews for other companies should bear no consequence for the review of bleepbox (as indicated in the company deflection below).

I ordered a large number of components from Bleepbox, and 4 other retailed and only had issue with one. I raised the feedback and instead of this company taking the feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve their service, instead they deflected and attacked the customer feedback.

I ask you is this the kind of company which you want to deal with?

Now onto the issues:

1. I also ordered three intel i5 OEM CPUs and they arrived loose in a box an antistatic box - some better form of packaging should have been sued as when I picked up the packaging you could hear the processors bang against one another. While the antistatic box may meet Intel's requirements, the way in which multiple items were packed was the issue which bleepbox decided to deflect.

I also ordered and received a Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX however what was shipped was a rather old revision 1.0 motherboard and not the current revision 1.3. The order information never showed rev 1.0 and it can be debated whether they had since changed the information on the website to reflect their stock of v1.0 hardware.

Again the biggest issue I have with the company is their attitude toward a customer, that the customer most be wrong or their review bad. In business you should always be willing to listen to customer feedback to try to improve.

What made the experience NOT great was repeated changes in the estimated UPS delivery window. 1 change would be okay; 4-5 changes is bad.

I am so sorry, UPS are usually extremely good in the US. We asked UPS support and all they confirmed with us is that there was an error at the local depot which caused the excessive updates on the delivery window. I hope this shipping experience has not deterred you from using us in the future.

I loved how I recieved emails on details of where my package is. I loved the packaging. I loved the experience of buying an item. Very simple and easy to understand. I rate it 5 stars!

Item shipped as described and packaged well. Only 'complaint' is that I was not aware at the point of purchase that the item was coming from outside the UK - hope it won't be an issue with a warranty claim if needed

Certain warranty requests may require you to provide our account number to the manufacturer, so that it can be properly assigned to their RMA team (the manufacturer will inform you of this on claim creation). In this instance, please contact support@bleepbox.com with your order number and our RMA desk will provide all the information to initiate your warranty correctly.

But please be assured all warranty periods and policies are upheld on your purchase, as we have close relationships with all the manufacturers we stock.

Perfect

My order was hassle free and the goods (HDDs) were OEM (sans packaging) but were packed very well and thoughtfully. Would definitely shop here again.
