I am very happy with Blemil!

I am very happy with the product and the after-sales service. We were gifted a Blemil BL9052 baby monitor, and it’s great: it has excellent night vision, different sound levels for the monitor, brightness control, an energy-saving system, a thermometer, and high/low temperature alerts that you can configure yourself. It also has lullabies, a two-way microphone to listen and talk back to the baby, a great range between the monitor and the camera, and—most importantly for me—it does not connect to Wi-Fi. I read several comments from mothers who had seen or heard strange things on their baby monitors, and I was terrified that someone could hack into my Wi-Fi and watch my daughter's camera.
And as if that weren't enough, the after-sales service is top-notch: the camera was a gift from family members, so we didn't have a proof of purchase, and we lost the charger. Of course, without a receipt, we couldn't ask Amazon for anything, so I contacted the company directly to buy a replacement charger from them (I didn't want a standard generic one because those things usually end up damaging electronic products). Well, they offered to send us a replacement free of charge. We just received it, and they sent us two complete kits! I can't recommend this brand enough for everything: quality, price, and the availability of their after-sales service. Very, very happy!!!

Excellent Customer Service and Support

I had a very positive experience with Blemil customer service.

I needed an additional camera for my BL9052 baby monitor. Although there were some shipping issues at first, their support team was always polite and responsive. They worked with me to find a solution and eventually arranged a replacement shipment.

I have now received the package and everything arrived in excellent condition. The camera paired perfectly with my existing BL9052 monitor and works exactly as I expected.

I really appreciate their patience and willingness to help. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Excellent product and customer service

There baby monitor camera set is so amazing! I am impressed with the great quality of the audio and the clear view at night. Works just as good if not better then our fancy expensive one that connects to wifi. There being no wifi set up is actually one of my favorite parts, because it made set up easy and it is way more reliable because if for some reason lose wifi connection you don't have to worry about your camera not working. I really love the range of view because the camera can be adjusted in so many ways. The monitor is easy to use and the battery also last a very long time. I also ran into an issue with the monitor, but reached out to Blemil and they were quick to respond and help resolve the issue. Excellent customer service and a product i would highly recommend.

We’ve had a great experience with Blemil Monitor. The monitor has worked perfectly since the day we got it and has been reliable every day.
Recently, we needed a second camera, so we contacted their customer support team. They were extremely helpful, communicated clearly throughout and quickly provided a solution for us.
Excellent customer service, great communication and a product we highly recommend.

Amazing company and customer service

I love Blemil. I ordered a baby monitor when I was pregnant, it’s a non-WiFi one which was a must for me. It’s easy to set up and the picture quality is amazing, I love being able to move the camera around so I can always see my baby and the option to play a lullaby and see the temperature is just fabulous. I love this baby monitor and I’m so happy with it.

Recently, my partner actually dropped the screen and it broke, I reached out to Blemil, explained we were completely at fault but asked if i could pay to repair / replace the screen. Their customer service was quick, helpful, polite and I’m so impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We have had a great experience with…

We have had a great experience with Blemil. We love our dual baby monitor which we purchased when our second baby was due to monitor both of them. Recently the screen became faulty and we cannot fault the customer service team who have been great and rapid at responding and solving the issue by sending us another monitor.
We would recommend!

Fantastic customer service

My monitor started to become faulty, various coloured lines appeared on one side of the screen. I contacted Blemil customer service via email and within hours they contacted me back and are sending me out a replacement screen without having to send back the faulty monitor. I’m delighted with the customer service from Blemil, I highly recommend them.

Great monitors, great customer service

These monitors are great! We have had a few in the past and they are by far our favourite. We managed to damage the screen of our monitor, contacted blemil customer service and they replied so quickly and sent through a replacement monitor for us. Such great service. Would highly recommend!

I contacted the company as I had accidentally fallen and dropped my monitor screen cause it to be intermittent and cracked. The company were very quick to respond and provide a replacement for me. Very happy with the customer service.

Amazing customer service

We purchased the two camera monitor when we had our second baby and we're very impressed with the quality of both cameras and the monitor itself. Recently our monitor broke and within 15 minutes of contacting Blemil customer support they responded that since they do not sell replacement monitors they would send us a new order immediately. Their email responses have been very prompt and we would recommend their products.

Failed after 2 months

I bought this baby monitor. Worked wonderfully for 2 months and then just totally failed. Camera and monitor randomly lost connection one night and despite following all the instruction on their website could not be re-connected.
