My blinds don’t fit well
My blinds don’t fit well, they have gaps in between the slats, they don’t tilt to block out light , even though I have asked them about it and followed their advice , the smaller blind doesn’t stay up at one end and looks tilted when I have them drawn up, disappointed , just seems you have my money so move in

We only received one image from you which we responded to say the slats were resting on the windowsill, this can prevent the slats from closing properly, we asked you to raise the blind slightly and let us know whether this resolves the issue, however we haven't received a response.

We have waited three weeks for our…
We have waited three weeks for our blind to be made and delivered. When it got here it was the wrong size and colour totally not what we ordered. Although I have been in touch with them for a replacement or refund I haven't heard anything back on how this is going to be rectified

Excellent quality blinds, very fast delivery and the cheapest around after shopping about. I had previously expensive fitted blinds from another company and these blinds were the same quality at a fraction of the price I will definitely order again in the future

Excellent quality
Excellent, good quality. My first good nights sleep since fitting this Blackout blind. Very easy to install as advertised, no drilling. Unfortunately there was minor damage in transit. Obviously dropped on its end and even though well protected by bubble wrap, the chain gearing was damaged,. My length of blind was fairly heavy and we all know how some couriers treat packages these days, but a quick phone call and next day I received a replacement part in the post. Again, this was so easy to replace. A quick service from ordering to delivery and replacement part, good all round in my view
