No support. Bad product.
My order arrived incorrectly, and instead of resolving their own mistake, they kept asking for unnecessary details and refused to fix the issue. Based on my experience, it’s not worth the risk of buying from them.

one of the blinds arrived broken, even the most simple of people could see the way it was packed it would break.
contacted and got a response within 2 days, saying a replacement part would be sent a a matter or urgency, 2 weeks later, no communication, no part, not replying to emails.
I placed an order for blinds on the 22/12/2025 which i recieved on the 07/01/2026.
The blinds in general were of incosistent and poor quality. Most had large gaps on either side allowing more light than anticipated to enter the rooom when the blind was extended.
The wall mounting unit was of good quality and fitted snugly into the window frame and according to measurements given.
Several blinds were cut skew and bowed away from the centre of the window frame further exacerbating the issue of the gap between the blind and window frame.
One of the blinds was not shipped with a mounting unit which was communicated via email to the company to reoslve. They responded a week later saying shipment would occur in 48 hours.
After 2 weeks of repeated follow ups they have not shipped the missing parts and do not respond to emails.
I would not recommend using this given my exerience with them.
After sales service is virtually non existent so if they don't get your order correct on the fist go, good luck trying to get anything from them.
An absolute disgrace.
We ordered from this company as my parents had a positive experience and we loved the look of their blinds.
We ordered them & 2 weeks later there was no update so I contacted through live chat. I was there only told that our blinds were out of stock. No communication from anyone telling us this previously, I had to enquire myself.
The agent said he would get back to me and let me know what was going on. He didn't, I had to email again to see what was the hold up.
I then rang directly as I was so fed up. This was November 4th and I was then told that 3 blinds were in stock and the other 2 are out of stock until December?! We were moving into our new home within the next few days and had no blinds. I asked for a refund which was apparently processed the next day, November 5th, yet I still haven't received my refund.
Absolute nightmare to deal with except the lady on the phone when I requested a refund.
If it's not in my bank by Wednesday I'll be going much further.
Stay away from them totally. We went to blinds to go and our blinds were dispatched in 5 days.
I’m still waiting on a blind that I ordered at the start of July. They are very hard to contact
Goods exactly as ordered delivered quicker than I expected.
3 weeks after submitting my order, and despite weekly chats with their support team where they promise speedy delivery, here I am, still waiting for my products
