Perfect items, lot better response than RVBLiNDS who I had used in the past. Easy install. Place to go for your blinds.

It was easy to order what we wanted with the samples that were sent to us. The blinds installed easily, even given the somewhat unusual configuration of the windows

Ordered a 103" continuous 1" aluminum blind. I was originally concerned how they were going to ship undamaged such a large blind from Calif to the East Coast. Arrived perfectly enclosed in a triangle box with a wooden plank perfectly supporting it inside the box. Have no fear ordering a large blind from them. All the hardware needed was there. It took 45 minutes to unbox the blind and another hour to install it. It was not hard to install the blind since it hooked onto the front of the clips and you just press the unit into it. This should be a DYI project and doesn't necessarily require professional help. Blind is beautiful and this one was ordered with electronic controls which worked perfectly. I will order from them in the future and made the entire transaction through their website without the need for customer service support.

Ordered my first ever National Cordless Cellular Shade in February 2025. Installed in March and loved it. In late March '26 I pulled down the shade and one side wouldn't come down. Reached out via email to ask advise of problem and how to reorder. Was totally not expecting what came next. Received an email within 1 business day that my reorder was placed, free of charge. No questions asked. I've been in the service industry for 40 years. It's all about excellent service. Blindsgalore is the best.

It did take a long time to receive my order and the communication on it wasn’t great. I do love the blinds though. Except for the side pieces they give to cover the hardware. Those are awful and I left them off and it looks better.

Everything arrived on time, the measurements were correct, and the blinds were easy to install. The site was easy to navigate and order.

Bought mini blinds. Their brand. Doesn’t seem as good quality as Levalor or Bali but fine for our purpose given good price. Only downside was that it took 15 days to get after ordering.

I ordered 2 of the Ebony Pearl color outdoor solar screen for my porch. This was to match the 2 I'd already received last summer. Unfortunately, the new ones came with white pull chains instead of the black that came with the ones last year. I called and was told that the black color is no longer available. The white looks ridiculous against the all black screen and posts. I've tried to get this resolved but have not heard back anything further from customer support.
