Awful service. Ordered in Feb. Still received nothing. They replied to my Emilia’s at the beginning of the process, promising my order was on its way, and then later that there had been an error and they were being reshipped. However, they are now not replying to my emails asking for a refund as nothing has been received nearly two months later. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY‼️

Despite advertised delivery time of 3-5 days I have today received one of two shirts that I ordered four weeks after order placed. The shirt I have received is clearly second hand. Faded label, no tags and signs of wear and tear. Delayed response replying to complaint.

It takes a while for my Jerseys to get to America, but they do every month and they are official jerseys of good quality. I understand that they have some mixed reviews & sometimes delayed customer service, but it's not easy to start a company from scratch & they have done right by me each and every time. Rugby Jerseys are super niche over here in America and I'm stoked every month when I receive mine. Easily the best deals in the world for the product that I receive & to be frank, the only other place to get rugbys of the quality is from New Zealand, which is more complicated shipping wise. Love the Jerseys and I believe in these guys - you should to. 🤹🏻‍♂️

Ordered two shirts, one for my son's birthday and a cheeky one for me! Both excellent, England and All blacks internationals, very pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be back for more!

Ordered this top on the 11/03/2026. I then emailed on the 22/03/2026 to see if i could cancel the order as it hadn't been dispatched. The next day i received an email to say it had been dispatched which was great as I live in Northern Ireland i was aware it would take a few days to get to me. 30/03/2026 the order still hadn't been delivered so I email asking for a tracking number to which there was no response. I then email again on the 07/04/2026 to say I still hadn't received the order. I finally get a response on 10/04/2026 to say the parcel had been returned to their warehouse because of a wrong address so i replied asking for a refund which I still haven't got although the shirt I had purchased i available again on their website.

I've had a awful experience of being pretty much ignored at every turn when I ask for a refund. I'd stay well clear of them.

Shirt ordered on the 16th March, now the 15th April, no goods received, limited communication, some responses but no answers as to what has gone wrong, why my goods have not been received etc. Dreadful company - DO NOT USE!

Excellent experience, bought another vintage jersey mystery box and received a really nice all blacks jersey.

Still to receive item despite paying a hefty postage fee. No response to emails. No response to instagram. No one answers the phone.

Ordered my box on the 1st of March.
14th of March no item. Emailed and was told it was shipped and to email back in a few days if it hadn’t arrived.

Emailed back as it hadn’t arrived. Received no reply for a few days.

Then received a reply that it had just been shipped on the 17th.

Means what they say with 3-5 working days is false and I will be waiting a while month for an order they told me twice has been shipped.

This is a scam, a month after I placed my order of 3 boxes I have still yet to receive anything, I have contacted customer services who have twice told me that they would resend my order. The shipment number of my original order was not recognised by Royal Mail. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely terrible service, placed my order on the 18th feb, still not received it despite being assured multiple times that my order had been shipped or was being shipped. Complete scam

Avoid at all costs, don’t think it’s a scam per say but I ordered mine on the 12th Feb, received an update from Royal Mail but still haven’t recieved my shirt to this day despite trying to contact the company on multiple occasions, only heard back once saying it will be sorted, which it clearly hasn’t.

Took a month to send my jersey when it came it was from a team I specifically asked them not to send me? What is the point in having this option? Have been ignored ever since and had my review taken down from their website.

Great company delivery was 1 day early shirt came in perfect condition.Would 100% recommend and will be buying more mystery boxes in the future

Ordered box for my nephew for his birthday. Box arrived quickly and the quality of the shirt was amazing. Great idea for birthday presents either way the mystery of not knowing what is inside. Definitely recommend.

⭐ 1 Star – Unprofessional, Disorganised and Deeply Disappointing

This has been one of the worst online retail experiences I’ve had.

Order was placed on 13 December 2025 (£143.60) for Christmas presents. The order did not arrive. I was then told it showed as “delivered” on their system, which was simply not true. From that point on, I had to chase every single update myself.

When a parcel finally arrived, it was incomplete. One of the junior shirts was missing. I was told on 9 January that a new box would be “reshipped right away”. Weeks passed. Nothing arrived. I chased again on 16 January, 25 January and 30 January. Each time I was given vague assurances such as “posted” or “due very soon”, none of which materialised.

By the end of January, I was offered “one final reshipment or a refund”. After multiple failures, calling it a “final” reshipment feels absurd. The simple fact is: the final shirt has still not been received.

To make matters worse, when two of the shirts did arrive, they were in the same box. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering separate mystery boxes. It suggests there is no genuine curation or process behind the product, just random stock thrown together.

Looking back, the warning signs were there. The business operates from a generic Gmail address, the communication is inconsistent and amateur, and the overall level of professionalism is extremely poor. I should have trusted my instinct.

Delays can happen. Mistakes can happen. But repeated non-delivery, inaccurate shipping updates, missing items, and constant chasing from the customer is not acceptable.

I would not order again and would not recommend.

Ordering was easy and even got offered a discount for signing up to the newsletter. Took a little while longer than expected to come but the site kept me informed and the jersey that came was of brilliant quality. Will probably buy from again.

I bought two rugby shirts and the quality is excellent, the delivery service is super quick and will be back for more for myself and presents for friends and family. It’s a definite must for anyone interested in quality sports tips.
