High quality product and excellent customer service

Have had multiple great experiences with Blinds on the Net. Product is high quality and reasonably priced. We have used both the sheer and blockout roller blinds. Great products.
We have also had impeccable aftermarket service from Vincent in particular. Some user error led to us damaging a part and Vincent sorted us out incredible efficiently, timely, professionally and friendly. He was awesome.
Highly recommend to others looking for quality window furnishings at sensible prices, with great service.

Easy to install

The whole process was smooth, the hardware that came with was fine. The only negative will be the quality of the material.

Excellent product and ease of ordering and fitting.

We have bought 3 blinds (retractable awnings) and we are very pleased with them. The quality of materials, delivery time and ease of ordering are excellent. I fitted them myself and I am only a basic DIY guy. Blinds are stylish and make a huge difference in keeping the house cool.

Honey cell Block out blinds

I got the Honey cell Block out blinds for the Master bedroom and they are fantastic!
Followed the measurement guide exactly and got a perfect fit and are easy to install with a drill, screwdriver and minimal knowhow.
They look elegant, block out the light and have made a difference in the temperature at night esp over the last winter.
A great price compared to other online sites, manufactured in Australia which is important to me and delivered fast after ordering.
On a side note, Blinds on the net did a wider size compared to others I priced. (others did 2 drops for my measurement of 2.7m)
I would fully recommend these guys!

Great customer service

Great customer service, friendly staff, good product, terrible courier took weeks and many emails to track and get delivered. Staff were very helpful to help resolve this

The finished product was exactly as I ordered.
The time to completed order and delivery was acceptable and the backup support great.

Ordering and delivery went well on these high quality external awnings.

The process of ordering went well. Advice on the relative qualities of the shade cloth was requested and offered freely. The blinds arrived and were ready to assemble and install. The only process that did not go as well as it should have was the installation due to instructions which were not clearly drawn or described. As a result the hanging of the exterior awnings took longer and with more difficulty than it should have.
Once the process was done the awning proved to be effective and of a high quality.

My advice to all is don’t use this company for your business,as they lost my order and when it did arrive several months later several parts were missing

Thank you for your feedback, Brian. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused throughout your order experience, and we appreciate the chance to respond.
When your order was placed on December 18, 2024, our customer service team quickly picked up on a duplicate credit card payment and processed a refund. They also reiterated that, as the order came in after our advertised Christmas cut-off period, it wouldn’t be delivered before the holiday break.
Once production resumed in mid-January, the order was completed within the expected timeframe, and our team kept you in the loop with clear updates—providing tracking details as soon as they became available.
Unfortunately, the delivery was damaged in transit and some components were lost. Once you alerted us to this fact, our team submitted a rectification request to production straight away and let you know it would take 7–10 working days to sort out.
Further delays cropped up when production didn’t send all the required parts and, to make matters worse, the rectification was accidentally placed on internal hold without our customer service team knowing. Thankfully, the team member caught the issue while proactively following up on your behalf and escalated it straight away to get things moving again. This added about five extra working days to the original rework timeframe.
Throughout the whole process, we stayed in regular contact—sharing updates, answering your questions, and chasing production behind the scenes. Despite setbacks with the courier and a few internal production stumbles (which we’ve since addressed), our customer service team member genuinely did everything he could to keep you informed and get things back on track.
We’re truly sorry this experience didn’t reflect the level of service we pride ourselves on. Sometimes, things just go wrong—and in this case, a few things definitely did—but we’ll always do our best to make it right, take responsibility, and learn from it.
