The blinds are of good quality. But they do not fit correctly. We paid extra for Blinds To Go to first measure and then install them, so we were very disappointed that they did not fit correctly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that the blinds aren’t fitting correctly. You’re absolutely right to expect a proper fit, especially after paying extra for measurement and installation and I understand how disappointing this must be.
I just tried calling and left a voicemail to arrange for a technician to come out and re-measure so we can get this fixed. When you get a chance, please give us a call back so we can schedule the appointment and make sure everything fits properly.

They had to come out for measurement twice then the binds went to NJ it just took to long.

Great service
Delivery on time. The service was quickly completed. I had 14 windows and one installer was done in about 1.5 hours. One of my blinds was short and the installer put in the ticket and returned to fix it in about 2 weeks. I had to do zero follow up. The prices was simple and I like simple.
