This is the second time we have used Blinds-to-go.
We got blinds for the house we had before this. The service and the product were excellent and that applies to our recent purchase. The sales people are helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us to pick the best choice for our new room.
The person who measured and installed the blinds was professional and quickly did his job. The room looks great and we are satisfied all around.

Delivery was as promised, and on time. The installation was professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Blinds to Go.

Factory made some mistakes
The blinds needed to be trimmed to fit and the valence was made incorrectly, with a return at each end. The installer checked the order and the factory was wrong. The installer was able to correct this and the blinds look great.

Our experience from the beginning was delightful. Employees know what they are doing. The installer was the best, he makes sure everything is as it should be.
We did have a small issue which the installer made notes of and will correct it as soon as we will return..

It took longer than expected but that…
It took longer than expected but that might have been because of COVID. However, I have only had one of the 2 blinds for a month and one is already broken and I have to have it replaced.
It was a spring that broke. We can only roll it up by hand.

Hi Michele, i am sorry to hear about this issue with the spring. Did you contact the showroom / bring it back to be repaired? It is covered under a lifetime warranty so we will fix it at no cost and it will only take a day or 2 to return. Please let us know how we can help!
Hi Michele, we appreciate your patience during this difficult time. We have been working very hard to get back to our normal 2-3 days schedule. The blind that broke - was it a manufacturing issue or did a string break or something? Would love to get more information on what happened to it so we can inform the product development team. Please let us know if we can help in any way.
The Roman Blinds
The Roman Blinds look great and fit our Bathroom & Walk-in closet windows perfectly. They where easy to install.

Very pleased with the plantation shutters but they took twice as long to get them as quoted and one box did not arrive for two weeks after the others.
