Not happy at all with their support.
They advertise that they have consultants, but they were not helpful at all...
I bought two shades and two vertical blinds. I showed the pictures of my living room to the “consultant” and ended up buying one (colour) that looks awful on my living room and there’s no return... I was expecting she would be more helpful since she works with it and I assumed that she knew what she was talking about. Waste of money.

Anjali was very helpful and patient while I chose my material and my style of Roman Blinds.
She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
My Roman blinds were ready before the due date, and my pick up was fast and efficient.
I will come back one day to order more blinds and I will refer anyone I know who is looking for window coverings to Blinds to Go.

Shopping made easy.
Shopping at blinds to go was very easy and the sales girl was so helpful and accommodating. Very friendly. Received our blinds and they look beautiful. Will shop there again for window coverings in the future.

I placed a recent order for my bay…
I placed a recent order for my bay window. The brackets are jutting outside of the bay window on both ends. Plus the valance is totally unprofessionally done. It is cut in three pieces and was cut with a knife by the installer. I have called the companty several times as I am not happy with the end result. I have complained about the installation but have haf no call back with my comolaint

Great installer, too bad he couldn't do it all at the same time as one blind did not measure up and had to go back and get redone.

Blinds purchased and had no problems
Blind to go were very good and helped me order all of the blinds I needed for our new home. We purchased them one month after we received them, when we took possession off or home and installed them fairly easily.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again through this organization.
