The installer came back today because I felt the blinds could have been hung a little bit higher. He was as courteous as the first time he came, explained his previous choice, refund them and did a great job! He works in Brooklyn but I ordered them in Chelsea as it was more convenient. They were also very helpful.

Had wall to wall & floor to ceiling curtains installed. As well as a custom roller shade in another room. The install was excellent. The installer was a seasoned professional who added things not normally used in a regular installation.
The final cost was very expensive, much more than a budget friendly Blinds to Go purports to be. Expect to spend thousands. However, I am very happy with the outcome.

Work with Brayella for the best experience!
Brayella, my sales associate, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! My project took a long time and she stuck with me every step of the way. Every time I went into the showroom there was new or conflicting info about something specific I wanted to do and she made sure to get the right information to me even if she had to call other stores, installers, etc. She even Facetimed my designer sister with me several times to make sure we were all on the same page.
The rest of the staff seemed confused as to what the details were we had worked out and sometimes called and told me I couldn't do what we had all just discussed in the showroom, which made me nervous. I caught a measurement error that was 8" off and a manager told me I shouldn't be looking at measurements and the system automatically adjusts so it was correct. Once I pointed out that it was 8" off (not a small amount) she told me it was good I caught it. Not the best way to deal with a customer on the manager's part.
Brayella again went above and beyond and made sure my measurements were redone correctly and redid all of my paperwork. She went over all of it in detail with me before the final order and install.
The installer, Vlad, was fantastic! He also went above and beyond for me. He was very professional and very experienced and showed me how all of the motorization works.

Sales consultant Brayella is fabulous!
Sales consultant, Brayella, was amazing. Brayella understood my custom drapery needs from the beginning. I went to B2G because I had previously been working with a high-end shop that just couldn't grasp what I wanted. Brayella made it happen. The person who measured did not do so, correctly, but Brayella was able to rectify the problem. Also, installer Randy, was fabulous, too. Efficient, neat, great job installing and cleaning up. The selection at B2G rivals any other shop you'd consider going to. Quality of product is top notch. They've come a long way over the years. Ask for Brayella in the Chelsea location!

Blinds To Go in Chelsea, NYC is a welcoming store and has customer friendly staff
Sales representative Marie Raposa was very familiar with the product lines and helped me zero in on the right models for my apartment. Jorge came to measure the windows before they were made. He was punctual and polite. Adriano called ahead, arrived on time, installed the blinds, and then taught me how to use the remote. All three have excellent people skills and friendly personalities. Blinds to Go has both the product and the staff!!

Install was fine
Install was fine. However the blind broke within a day of installation. The rod that closes the slats came off. This is what I paid over 1k for? For something to break within a day and with almost no usage?? Outrageous. I should get a refund for that shade which cost about $600. Sure free repairs but now I have to destroy a half a work day to wait in. Zero stars for the product. This is a scam.

i’m in loveeee
I’ve never bought custom blinds but I find myself with a lot of money after the death of my husband and I’d been on a bit of a spending spree. I was suggested this shop from my friend who is also a customer and she suggested Maria cause she helped her with her purchase and i had no idea what i what i was doing. Long story short, Maria was so great to work with and I love my solar shades. It was fairly quick considering what it is. For anyone considering buying, i can’t recommend maria enough. she was a great deal of help to me and worked with me (and my house pics) to come up with the perfect blinds.

Maria was very helpful me through the whole process. Even though there was a factory defect with the bar at the bottom of the shades, and initially I was extremely frustrated, Maria helped resolve the issue right away communicated effectively and upgraded the shade to a more stable metal bar. Thank you Maria owners of the company should be extremely happy to have an employee like you

Positive Experience Until a Change Was Needed
I ordered five shades in the same fabric—four motorized and one chain-operated—through the store. The sales representative was pleasant and helpful, and the quality of the shades themselves is very nice.
One shade did not fit due to an error on my part, and unfortunately the process to alter or replace it was much more difficult than expected. I had hoped the shade could be trimmed at the warehouse, but instead I was required to reorder a slightly smaller version at a substantial cost and pay for installation again.
It took over a month of calls, emails, and in-store visits to determine if I needed to order a new shade or if the original could be modified. While a 15% discount was offered on the reorder, it required several additional follow-ups to have the discount applied after the deposit was already paid.
My takeaway is that in-store customer service is excellent when everything goes smoothly, but resolving issues once an order is placed is challenging. I was also unable to reach the main customer service number listed on the confirmation emails, and when leaving a number to hold my place on line, they don’t call back.

Waited over 4 months for my order to…
It took over 4 months for my order to be installed after paying in full. During those four months, neither the company nor my consultant provided any proactive updates on the status of my order. I had to reach out several times to learn that my order had been delayed due to a back-ordered part. Everything is now installed. I have three sets of fabric Roman Shades and the fabric is not cut along the grain, just sightly off. This gives the window treatments an unprofessional look.

my blinds and curtains still waiting..
my blinds and curtains were installed Nov 3, one of the curtains hardware was defective as per the installer. i was ok with that, figured things happen. I was told that someone will contact me to reschedule and finish installation once the custom piece is done. it is now over a month and i’m still waiting. i’ve had to call the store and try to figure it out myself. I find that extremely lacking of BTG customer service for a product considered “top of the line” i was so excited for the blinds and curtains and the whole experience, but now it feels like i’m being disregarded as a paying and patient customer.
update: they resolved the issue. they need to streamline customer service.

I ordered two sets of Roman shades from you, but I had a very disappointing experience. The curtain sets arrived incomplete, and the delivery person told me that someone would contact me to help resolve the issue but no one ever called!!
A week later, I went to the store where I made the purchase to file a complaint. I was told that the issue would be fixed and that a replacement would be sent to me within ten days. You assured me that the problem would be corrected and a new set would be delivered, yet I am still waiting!!
It has now been almost two weeks, and nothing has arrived. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. I will not shop with you again, and I definitely will not recommend your store to anyone!!!
