Nice fabric and works well
Your in-store team was very pleasant and easy to work with.
This is the second order for roller blinds for my home. My first order has held up well so I'm a repeat customer. My only complaint are the end caps on your rollers shades valance. They are plastic and so cheap looking. It really ruins the look. They don't even fit well. I don't understand why the end caps cannot have the same fabric as the front of the valance.

The blind I ordered was easy to install…
The blind I ordered was easy to install and a perfect fit. However, it was missing the valance. I returned to where I purchased the blind and they re-ordered the valance and it was in in 3 days. I was very happy with this purchase.

The sale person and installer terrific but......
The sales person was terrific, the installer was absolutely wonderful!! The blinds now look great in my home. When the installer came the first time after waiting....and waiting, he could not get the 2 in my husbands office to hang straight and he could not get one of the 3 in the guest room to open properly. He had to take them back. There was a quick turn around time for the adjustment and he returned and rehung them and again they look do look great. So I guess its the people who make them should take pride in their work and make sure they are perfect the first time. So I would recommend them.

The quality was poor
The quality was poor. The construction was poor. They did deliver relatively on time but these blinds will not hold up to normal use. They dont align properly. I will have to replace them in a year or two.

The blinds came in ahead the estimated time and they were easy to install. They look beautiful. All the sales associates were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. All our window shades are from Blinds to Go and we have never been unsatisfied.
