We love our shades!! We had the best experience with Angelica. She was so helpful from start to finish. She kept following up to keep us on track because we are so busy. She helped us pick the right design for multiple rooms. I would definitely recommend working with her. Edwin our installer was incredible as well!

Working with Daylin at the Miami…
Working with Daylin at the Miami location was a truly satisfying experience in every aspect. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions regarding my window treatment. It was a bit more challenging since I live in Ohio and so an in house visit was not possible. I would strongly recommend this company ; fabrics are beautiful!!

On time arrival perfect install!
On time arrival - brought tarps and ladders with all their tools. Cleaned up after and reviewed how to use the remote and app with my phone.
Very impressed with their install !

Was looking for new blinds and Blinds to Go was such a great help! Had no idea what I was doing and they were patient and so knowledgeable. I ended up doing 4 windows instead of the original one. I love their quick turn around and life time warranty. If looking for window treatments definitely check them out.

The installer was awesome...was quick…
The installer was awesome...was quick and did a little extra..Bad thing was he was very rushed to be at next appointment..maybe not enough time in-between appointments..wanted to show early..but I was in meeting. so he waited..
would I ever recommend foe these blinds? No. it is very loud compared to my 3 day blinds..I wish I would have stayed with 3 day blinds for this one window..but I chose $$ not knowing they would sound so different...lesson learned..not always about what is cheaper..

I have had no folloup or support. The expensive blinds with motors installed incorrectly one is loud motor. The other has light coming in and its supposed to be a blackout shade
