Blinds To Go - MISSISSAUGA Avis 

After waiting 8 weeks for my blinds they finally came but were the wrong size.

Edit 12/30/2020 BlindsToGo has reached out and offered to help. While I don't need that any more at the moment, I do appreciate their attitude. The pandemic has made life really hard for everybody, in particular, small business. I will continue supporting our local manufacturing as long as the support is not taken for granted.

I have to go to the store for over 3 times for a blind order. First time the vane was in wrong size. Second time the chain/wand mechanism was wrongfully routed. And the store associate wasn't sympathetic and cooperative. Feeling very bad. Maybe it's because of the pandemic.

We're really enjoying new blinds! The vertical ones stole sometimes and don't want to move left or right but it's not an a big problem for now, if it continues though will call to fix. Love the colors we chose.

I have purchased window coverings from Blinds To Go for over 20 years so I was expecting the same service this time. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The installer is the reason that I am not satisfied this time. Having moved into a condo building the walls are not straight but it was really up to him to adjust during the installation to make the blind work properly. I purchased 3 blind for 3 rooms. In two rooms the blinds are fine but the 3rd room the blind was scraping the wall when opening or closing. The installer kept repeating that my walls were crooked. I had to go into the store to have them send him back in and finally he made necessary adjustment and now the one blind works well but the other one is hanging poorly and has been cut crookedly. Very unsatisfactory. I intended to by another three floor to eiling blinds but will not do so.
I still need more blinds for other windows and I will be purchasing form another store.

The installer did an ok job measuring and installing the blinds, but the sales consultant did not advise us how solar blinds works during day and night which made things complicated when the blinds was installed. Customer needs education on how solar blinds works and we did not get that from this location. I am disappointed my experience here because we where given blinds in the washroom that can be seen from outside and that part is very crucial to be block off from being seen outside. They did take the blinds back they made a mistake in and where still waiting on the replacement blinds. I would not go back to the same rep we dealt with bad experience as we purchased another blind from this location everything was smooth no issue just be careful with sales consultant you deal with and make sure to review over and over again.

I have ordered blinds from Blinds To Go on two occasions and both times I had an excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond (they even took my order right as they were about to close). The blinds look fantastic and were reasonably priced. Thanks!

Service was very efficient, had the product I wanted and I received it earlier than I imagined. Thank you Blonds to Go.

We are happy with the roller shades. Easy to install BUT very expensive... even with the bogo sale. It took over 2 months to receive our order because of Covid but that was to be expected I guess.
The staff members at the back of the store did not show any appreciation or say anything at all when we picked them up. Hard to believe considering we spent almost $4000.00.
We actually have a few more windows to cover up but we’re thinking of going someone else.
We also struggled to bring the roller shades to our car. No assistance from the staff.

Multiple mistakes with the order. Wrong color and my personal information was mistaken so I never got my notifications. "Daniyal" is not even my name

The installer had to come back 4 times because of issues with the blinds manufacturing ie wrong sizes

'Charlie' the installer..was very professional and apologetic..but making the blinds is the backbone of your business...I waited since July..and the last blind was installed just today Dec 14th!!

I really appreciate assistance provided at the store. Reem was very pleasant, helpful, and run an extra mile ensuring that all measurements are correct. Blinds are just great too :)

Valence was cut about 1/3 of an inch too short so metal is exposed at one end. And...we have a suggestion: Blinds to Go should post a "how to mount your blinds" video on your site to make it easier for the customer. Otherwise, we are happy with the blinds and the salespersons were great.

Blinds To Go took a long time to manufacture for two bay windows, however the team that came in to measure and did the final set up were very good. Looking at the final outcome, very satisfied.
