Blinds To Go - MOUNT LAUREL Avis 50

Our installer was totally prompt and did the job quickly and well. All good!

Finished product was fine, and the customer service tried but I had some concerns. Firstly, I order two sets of pleated panels and unfortunately the factory set one set with pleats and the other had rod pockets. The original clearly was for two sets of pleated curtains. When I went to the store to rectify it, they tried to be helpful, but there was no one on the premises that could process and correct it. They called promptly the next day and were able to send it back to the factory for correction but I was surprised that there was no manager or even assistant manager on premises that could handle it.

Thomas did a great job installing my blinds. He was careful and made sure I was happy with the way the blinds looked.

Quick turn around. There was one window that wasn’t measured properly so we were without shades for about a week and a half on that window. Otherwise great experience

The installer was right on time, courteous, and a perfectionist. The shutters were difficult but he made it all work and they look fabulous. I am so happy with everything.

Not as impressed this time around. I chose the cordless shutters and shades. The shades stop where they want not necessarily where I want. The shutters were installed by their guy and they were not hung evenly. The selection is nice as is the quality of the materials used.

I love Blinds To Go. I've bought all my windows blinds from them and when they say life time warranty they mean it. The sales persons are always very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very helpful.

I have not received my last order placed.

Brought two pleated shades in to repair a cord on each. Both sides were replaced for free. These shades are 25 years old and still look and work great.

Great service and follow up by the team member who took care of me. I had a blind that needed restringing after 10 years and they took care of it at no cost and in a couple of days - who says great customer service is dead?

I love my blinds this about my 12th blind I brought. I started buying blinds from this company At least 20 years ago the blinds are good but it appears with vertical blinds quality of material has decline though sorry to say. Blind hooks are cracking very often. I think China is using a cheaper material on verticals to make them.
