Can’t control my shade with Alexa

Can’t control my shade with Alexa. I specifically asked for this.
After a phone call and some research, Alexa works perfectly. Took over an hour but I'm happy.

My experience was great from start to…

My experience was great from start to finish. Starting with Ardanielys our sales consultant she was pleasant to work with and she was knowledgeable.
Then there was Jason, the installer. He was fast and efficient.
There was only one problem. They sent us two of the wrong shade. Not a big problem. Jason came out quickly to take the shade back and resolve the problem.

Happy once again

We are happy once again. This is our second powered blinds installation. Honest sales staff, detailed care in measurement and placement of charging ports on blinds. Excellent professional installation including trash removal. My only negative is that they seem to include one less charging cable than number of blinds ordered. We got ahead of it this time by purchasing an additional cable. When I charge them I want it all done in one day, not moving cables around day to day.

My new blinds are made differently than the ones I ordered before.

After a longer than usual wait for the 2 new blinds to be made (because of Covid), they were installed. I love the blinds, but have noticed that they are lighter in weight than the ones installed before although they are supposed to be the same product as I have in the rest of the room. I also notice that they are taking a long time to accustom themselves to the right length, that is, resting above the sill of the window. They leave about 3"" uncovered unless I pull them way down below the sill and fiddle with them for a while. I hope this doesn't happen for long.

Still have not received all my blinds. The were the wrong colors three times. Very disorganized company now.

It took over 2 months to get my…

It took over 2 months to get my vertical blinds and I understand much of that is due to the virus situation but it would have been nice to know that upfront. Also when they eventually came it was missing pieces. The store was very accommodating and the pieces came in a few days. Overall the blinds are nice and was easy to install.

I had to return my order

I had to return my order, as it was not done as ordered, however it took only 2 days to be corrected and returned.

We were in charge to schedule the appt for instalation and had to call/ text Jason more than 6 times because he was no responsive and the store was not helping with it

I bought wood Venetians that were…

I bought wood Venetians that were sagging on both ends when in the up position. I brought them back to store for repair. The salesperson told me she would have never sold me a window treatment that long. They repaired them but I had the same issue. I, who never worked in a shade store repaired them myself by shortening the take up string.

Blind Repair

We had an issue with 1 of the cords, it broke so we could not operate the blind. I took the blind into the local store in Springfield and within a matter of just a few days, they repaired it to original functionality.
