Weak product knowledge. I asked simple question on length and it took phone calls to the factory to answer. I was disappointed to learn after I bought the product that it had a different pull-down system than I was shown in store. The people were nice. But the knowledge was lacking.

Excellent service!
Vanessa was excellent - she helped us with our order from the very start to the very end. There was an error on one of our blinds but she helped resolve it. Michael Sparks was our installer - he was very thorough, friendly, tidy, and responsive. Both of them were a pleasure to work with and we would order from Blinds to Go again.
