Excellent Rates and Outstanding Customer Service
We switched over to Blink and have now been with them for the past six months, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Their rates are excellent, and their customer service has been outstanding from day one.
Our shop has had a variety of requests, some more unique than others, and every issue has been handled efficiently and professionally. Whenever anything comes up, their helpful team responds quickly and gets things sorted without passing us from one person to another.
Top service all around and even better when it comes to resolving business needs or any problems that arise. Highly recommended.

I would never recommend to anyone even if it s free of charge !!!! Worst I ve ever worked whit and most expensive!!!
No support or customer service
Our business has been paying Blink for their services for several months now and still have not managed to successfully take a single payment. Account executives completely ignore emails and my attempts to simply change the bank details on our account have led to my request being registered as a complaint to which no response has been received over a month later. Have not received any response to my emails asking how to cancel. Horrendous.

It's all about Grace Clark. What a fantastic account manager. I wish I would have had Grace from the start. Extremly helpful and knows the products, services and charges inside out. I did get into a mess but she wasn't greedy and helped me out. When my business gets busier I will be back and Grace will be my account manager. Blink is brilliant btw

Lack of Information
I had an account manager for a while. One day, he just dropped off the grid. I tried emailing him and calling him but no success at all. I had to call into the main office and I was advised that he left this role. I was not informed or advised and I was just chasing a dead end!

We are now in our second year with BLINK and they have been great. Honestly there is no better platform for your payments and of course a really helpful support is essential which Raphael, our account manager, provides. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he sorts any queries we may have with ease. Highly recommend.
