I requested a €500 withdrawal on February 8th, and despite my account being fully verified, I have not received my money. I have contacted customer support multiple times via live chat and email, but they ignore all messages.
This casino appears to delay or refuse legitimate withdrawals and provides zero customer support. I strongly warn others to stay away from Blitz Bet Casino, as you may never see your winnings.
I have now filed a complaint with Curaçao eGaming, and I suggest anyone facing similar issues do the same. Do not trust this casino!
