You can see my review below from a year ago but since I have nothing but negative feelings about this company. Recently I noticed that our site was not live of up and running. No one contacted me to let me know, when I contacted the company I was told that their server had been impacted by an attack on our site and they would an additional $1,100 investment to rectify the situation. At this point i declined and requested all website materials and elements that we paid for production of. I was then told that the only way they could do that was to get the site "live" again and that would require the $1,100 investment. I would never do business with them again and would encourage anyone looking for these types of services to look for a different company.

On November 8, 2022, I paid Blitz Web Solutions/Blitz Websites/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC (They are one and the same) an amount of $400 to design and host a website for 12 months. The Payment was confirmed November 11, 2022.

1) Website Design took seven weeks plus before hosting.
2)Hosting began around January 5
3)The $400 paid covered content writing but I ended up writing the content myself and they never made a refund.
4) Eight (8) months into hosting, Precisely, September 8, 2023, Blitz Web Solutions/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC took down the website claiming the 12 month hosting is expired.
5) Blitz Web Solutions/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC is demanding $350 to renew Hosting.
6) I paid for Website design. Therefore, the design files belongs to me. I asked for my website files so I can take it elsewhere for hosting but they refused. They asked that I pay $800 before it can be released.
7) All efforts to resolve proved abortive.
8) Marcelina (Who now masquerades as Jennifer Edwards) said no matter what I do, she will destroy the files if I don't pay the money and I will be the loser. They were holding my website hostage and using different tactics to extort money from me.
9) I came here and left a review of what has happened.
10) One Abid M, who I believe was brought in to clean up the mess they have made by using a few web jargons to hoodwink their customers, began to appeal to me that my website will be restored but I should bring down the review. They restored my website and I took down the review.

11) Abid M left for a holiday and handed business back to Marcelina AKA Jennifer Edwards and trouble started again. Abid M was reasonable and introduced me to their book publishing business and because he was reasonable, I patronized them as I was writing a book.
12) Once Abid M left for holidays, Marcelina AKA Jennifer Edwards once again began to make fraudulent requests for me to part with more money. I rebuffed her and she shut down my website again. She is asking me to buy plugins and SSL which normally comes with hosting and I said no. Once again she has shut down my website.

I am here once again to tell the world that the leopard never sheds its skin. Blitz Web Solution is fraudulent and should be avoided to protect your sanity. I warn you to steer clear from any of Blitz Web Solutions/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC/blitz Websites. They will hurt you to the core and tell you to go to hell.

Completely broke contract and then tried to charge me more for after prepaying for 2 years of hosting.

Back in November of 2021 I contacted blitz web solutions to create a custom platform for my business. It has now been over 2 years and I still have not received a platform or a refund. The project was to be completed by September 2022. Over the past year going back and forth with this company, there employees openly trying to extort me for more money, threatening to put my project on hold, laughing saying that I will never get my money back, then now finding out my project was only 10% completed by a former employee. I have left previous reviews that trust-pilot keeps removing although I have sent them everything they asked for emails, invoices, and text messages of conversations with blitz they still chose to remove my reviews. The reason that I’m leaving this today is so it does not happen to any more people like my self and many others. This company runs out of many other names that can be going in reviews on other review platforms. Please be careful I would not want others to loose 30,000 or more like I have.

My experience with Blitz Web Solution is terrible. At this time I am going through a nightmare with them. After taking one year to complete my website they sent me the wrong information for me to access the back of the site. It is giving me a big problem and I have been calling them for more than 2 months and there is no one person to answer the phone or call me back. That is my business website and I am losing clients because of the irresponsible way Blitz

They told me I had a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. I was not satisfied with their services. I hated their doing up sales time and time again and never delivered a finished product. I asked for my money back. They said, “I am not giving your money back.” They never delivered a satisfactory product. Everything had to be on their terms. I was scammed out of $1300 dollars.

Blitz web solution has been working on are web site for months now and can't get it to work and function like a real web site should. they have been passing us around from one employee to the next trying to figure out how to build a home improvement web site. Started with (ROB HENDRICKS) then passed along to (STEVE PHOENIX) ( MARCELINA TISH) (Alex) (BRIAN DEAN) (DEVIN STALL) There's been a major lack of commination do to how many hands have touched the building, Process. There contract states that there's a money back satisfaction guaranty. we were told that we will not be getting are money back by the owner (Devin Stall) of this awful company. (Devin Stall) then told us that if we do not pay another $3,000 dollars that are web site would be shut down! So, they are now holding are web site hostage and trying to extort us! knowing that we have put months of our time in to get are web site up. we have text messages from him to prove it all!

On 9/1/23 Dean stall the company owner had texted us and said that they were going to shut down our web site if we don't pay for ada compliance and registration fee by Wednesday 9/3/23. he had the web site shut down 9/2/23. This is extortion! this was not brought up to us at the start of this transaction on 3/6/23. knowing what all coasts where be for, we would have been aware that this whole process would have a higher coast then tell us on 8/30/23 that they want more money for an incomplete web site with no ada complaints.

I have been working on my web site for some time with Blitz Web with mixed results, but since Marcelina came on board things have been moving in a positive direction. Thank you Marcelina.

What this company did to my Husband Soren and our family was unforgivable. We had spent so much time and money working with this company just for them to scam us in the worst way, almost breaking up our family and having to watch my husband go through so Much blaming him self. This company and the individuals orchestrating this scam needs to be stoped Reading all the negative reviews and relishing that this is still happening to so many people. Please help us in sharing this so something could be done about them.

Back in March I signed up with Rob Hendricks from Blitz to create a new website for me. i'm in the Home Improvement industry. He told me that it would take less then a month to create it. A few days later I speak to Steve Phoenix, who tells me he's the project manager going to be creating the website for me. I explained to him about the company and gave him details of the work that I do. After weeks of going back and forth about the design. things were moving extremely slow. I don't think they ever created a website for contractors before.
I told them what I was looking for with videos and pictures and content. and they didn't understand. Steve Charged me a extra $1000. to add the content to the website which I didn't realize was already included. After about a month i get a call from Alex, who tells me that now he is handling the website moving forward. by now a second month has passed and its still not even close to being done. then I get a call from Marcelina Tisch and she tells me she's the manager and will be taking over from now on.
All of this time I've been telling them that I also need my key words entered into the content to be used for the SEO which is supposed to all be included in the price of the website. After another month or so Steve Pheonix calls me and tells me that he's back in charge and will be handling everything.
Marcelina had told me that Brian will be handling all of the SEO Key words and the content for the website. After two weeks he did NOTHING. Steve just keeps trying to sell me every extra. I told him i'm not spending anything else with him, that he should read the original contract. every else he was trying to upsell me was part of the original contract; CMS, Maintenance, SEO and any other changes to the website.
Its NOW 6 MONTHS LATER and still not done. After Steve found out that everything should be included, he passed over the website to a "New Manager" Mark Ryder, who now tells me that He's going to handle everything himself. The website is getting close to being done and I find out that its not Mobile Friendly, Mark tells me that its not part of my original contract-which I completely discussed with the original Salesman Rob. Now the new manager wants to charge me an additional $760. to make the site mobile friendly. they already owe me back the extra $1000. that they double charged me for the content.
I'm still waiting for it to be finished and all the SEO keywords to be incorporated into the content. I need the CMS so I can edit the website easily, without being a programmer, and making it mobile friendly.

Now 2 weeks later September 1, 2023 The so-called owner of the company, Devin Stall calls me and try to Extort another $3,000. from me. He says that if I don't pay him another $3,000. by Monday Sept. 4th my website will be useless. In the 2 weeks since I left this original review, nobody has finished my website. The changes weren't made. Nothing has been done for the Seo Either. On my original contract it states that I have a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. I now have asked the "owner" to just refund my original money. He said that he won't and that if i don't pay him the additional $3,000. he'll shut down the website. Blitz is a Joke of a company. Nobody works from any office and all the website designers don't know what they're doing. The entire management personnel: Including Rob Hendricks, Steve Phoenix, Marcelina Tish, Alex, Brian Dean and the So-Called Owner Devin Stall Have been a total disappointment from the very beginning of this project. It's now going on 8 months, and it's still not done, and nothing has been done with the SEO for over 2 months now that my website has been live. Nobody cares about customer service, and only tries to keep up selling you things that should be part of creating a website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they will just RIP YOU OFF!!! The Company is writing Fake Reviews themselves, and Marcelina is marking them useful herself. If i Could leave a 0 Star Review I would.

SCAMMERS!!!! YOU GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!! We ask them to make a website for us, but they just give us stress. Asking for a refund and they said 10 to 15 days but it was more than a month, tried to call and email Marcelina and Alexa but they never respond. Give us the money back if you guys can't do your job properly. You guys keep asking for the payment but you guys did not do what we are paying. SCAMMERS GO TO HELL!!!!!!! If I can put all our conversations here I will surely do it, so people will see how liar this company is. Marcelina and Alexa we emailed and tried to call you but you guys are not answering. LIARS!!!!!

This company has been a delight to work with. They do excellent work at an excellent price. I really have appreciated the kindness and patience of Brandon Jones. He has made this process and experience pleasant. He explains everything and makes sure you understand exactly what you need and why. They have treated me honest and fair and I greatly appreciate that and love the relationship that we are establishing.

My experience with Blitz was a little bumpy at one point, but they proved themselves and have delivered beyond expectation.
I am pleased to say I am satisfied with Ray Thompson who took it upon him to tackle all challenges and deliver my product.

I spoke to Daniel about creating a website he presented the plan and I made the purchase with the promise that our site would be up a running by January 1st 2022. We paid the fee and then we didn’t hear from anyone, I called and was told the Felix White is the project manager and he would be putting together everything and sending me updates as it was coming together. We only got a few email responses with little or none progress. This week I have attempted to make contact with anyone by phone, email and the website chat service, once they find out I’m a existing customer and I want a refund they hang up, stop responding, or don’t answer the phone. At this point I just want a complete refund.

Bryan and his team has been working with us since last two months on website and marketing project. So far, I am happy that he understands customer's need and assign teams accordingly. There were times when we had different opinions on how to move forward with marketing, but he made sure that our company's need are understood and the project progresses as per our expectations. The only reason for giving 4 star at this time is because my project is not completed and/or just got started. However, based on the experience so far, I am very satisfied with the customer service from blitz web solution and I would recommend giving them a try.
