slow processing time. Ship from overseas.
I placed my order with the expectation that I would have the cards within a week or two. I did not order customized cards so I expected them to ship rather quickly. 3 weeks later I have not received any updates from the company and they have not responded to any of my 3 emails. I felt like I needed to file a charge back on my credit card to get a refund.
Edit: (Dec 22nd) - After filing the charge back, and notifying the company that I had to do in my 3rd email to them, they did reach out and let me know they had just shipped the cards. I did not receive any correspondance from them until now. They emailed me the day after I posted this review. I still have not received them on December 22nd but if they arrive I will update the review and cancel the chargeback.
Edit: (Dec 28) - received the cards today and everything I ordered was in the package. The tracking info still shows they are not even shipped even though I signed for the package. Not sure what is going on with the tracking page. I updated the star rating since I received the product and cancelled the charge back on the credit card. Just be aware, before you order, that they ship from overseas and may get caught up in customs for several weeks.

Hi Jared. The processing time (7-10 business days) is clearly stated in our FAQ and your cards were shipped on the 10th business day. Also, you have not been ghosted at all, as our last email to you dates December 15th and confirms the shipping of your cards. Furthermore they were shipped using Speedpost at our own cost in order to try to get them to you as fast as possible, and they left Hong Kong for the US the next day, on December 16th. Unfortunately, on the US side, USPS seems overloaded during the holiday period and we are chasing them for an update on a few orders, including yours. We are sorry you feel that way though, but these are facts. We hope that you will receive your cards soon anyway, and we won't contest your chargeback, so you will be refunded.
