Having a water leak for 114 days is not great, although Blockbusters were only informed on the 5th May. After repairing a break in the supply pipe, there was an additional invisible leak in the garden under four inches of concrete, which after full investigation, was repaired fully by the 6th August. Staff are very polite, and very tidy..

Satisfied and pleased customer. .
Zak arrived as scheduled .
Managed to clear and take away four bags of silt, pine needles , leaves & tree debris from the blocked drain by my car park space .
Which floods badly after heavy rain .
The trees shed all year round and the tarmac is sloping , due to neglect , by a management company
My car often ends up in a “lake “after heavy rain .
Without wellies I get soaked feet .
Price as per the quote for an hour .
Very pleased with the service. .
Highly recommend Zak and Sophie .
Great customer service .
In constant contact with the team .
Thank you Zak .

We’re really pleased to hear Zak was able to resolve the drainage issue so effectively—and in such challenging conditions. Clearing that level of debris is no small task, and it’s great to know the service lived up to expectations. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with flooding near your car park space, and we’re glad we could help make a difference.

Always reliable and trustworthy team
Always reliable and trustworthy team! Never has any issues with the guys that have come out to sort any drainage and unblocking issue.
Have had to use them several times via the council over the last two years and the guys are always so nice and friendly and non judgmental. Thank you Charlie for your help this evening and to the other guys in the past.

Fuss free drain unblocking
Zak was friendly, polite, calm, knowledgeable, quickly cleared the blockages in our drains, identified the cause and showed it to us explaining and recommending the need for a repair. He called to say when he was on his way, and arrived not long after I had phoned Blockbusters to request that someone came out. Great service.
