Hi Paul, please contact us and we'll always help you with information on the delivery.
When our items are dispatched you receive an email with the courier tracking link. Having looked at that I can see they attempted delivery once, and then returned and delivered it to you on the second attempt.

Customer services are amazing
I order a declin rice arsenal Christmas jumper only to find that it had a stain on it when it arrived. However when I reported this they very quickly sorted me out, they refunded me for my next one that I ordered. The customer service team are amazing, packages arrive quick.
