Blokly Avis 

I had a really good experince with Blokly, it was a really easy interface to use and had no problem with it after setting it up and that was it, defo worth the money cuz now im not stuck pay lots of monthly fees for a whole bunch of software.

My experience with Blokly has been frustrating and beyond disappointing. I signed up for the 30-day trial that they advertised. The website was very technical, there were no guidelines or instructions which most companies have on their website to guide people on how to use their site. I sent several emails asking for help on how to use the website. I received no response. I decided I no longer wanted to continue with the trial. I had never been able to use the site as I didn't understand how to use it. I contacted them to cancel the 30-day trial and again received no response. I then noticed they had taken payment from my card. They had been notified before the end of the 30-day trial that I didn't wish to continue. I contacted my bank to dispute this and advised them of the situation. Despite contacting them on multiple occasions to cancel the subscription. I have not received any response from them. To date, I have been trying to cancel the 30-day trial since December. My situation is the same as other customers who have written reviews about this company. This is a trap, once you have signed up there is no button on the dashboard to cancel the 30-day trial. They list a support email but when you contact them to cancel the trial they ignore your emails and there is no contact number. You are then essentially held prisoner on this website and forced to make monthly payments. They don't respond to emails. As a consumer, it is our right to say that we do not wish to continue with the service. If they are not allowing people to unsubscribe and are holding people hostage on the website that is unfair business practice. I have contacted my bank/ cc company and flagged this. It is important to email Blokly directly from your email and not from the portal so you have a record of the date they were notified and keep records of all correspondence. This is a trap to force people to remain on their site and force them to make monthly payments. Do not give them your bank or Credit card details. Be very cautious when they advertise a 30-day trial as it doesn't exist. This review is based on my personal experience.The service is awful. This company is a nightmare to deal with. If i could, give them no stars at all i would do that. they don't deserve any stars. If you listen to the reviews that say it is a good service by the time you have registered for the trial it will be to late as you will be stuck on the site with no way out. Avoid completely.

I usually approach new services optimistically, but my experience with Blokly has unfortunately been disappointing. Moreover, when I sought assistance from their customer support, my experience plummeted further. Despite sending an email and a chat request three days ago, I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is disheartening and only adds to the stress of the situation, especially with the looming first payment.

It's disingenuous for Blokly to claim that customers can cancel anytime yet make the process nearly impossible and offer no support when needed. I am still hoping for a response before charges are made to my account, but my patience is wearing thin.

I believe that transparency and customer support are crucial for any service, and unfortunately, Blokly has fallen short in these areas. They need to align their practices with their promises and improve their customer service. Potential customers should be wary of the trial offer and prepared for potential challenges if they decide to cancel.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 2 days now but I can't do so because I don't have a dashboard and my email verification isn't going through. I have also sent out two emails to support about this issue but I've yet to get a response. I also used their onsite message option but I got an automated message saying I should go to a "speak with us" website which requires a "Relationship number" which I can't get either because my dashboard seems to be nonexistent on my phone. I hope I can get some sort of help through this review because I can't afford to be charged for a service i didn't use once this trial is over.

Way better than Getresponse.
I unfortunately got scammed by Getresponse and ended up being charged an extra $60 for the past 8 months without being notified due to going over my 1000 contacts plan. When I contacted Getresponse they told me to get lost so I ended up looking for another alternative which was Blokly.

Blokly doesn’t charge me for having extra contacts and I can do way more things on there like build good websites and text my contacts.
I couldn’t recommend it more
