Bloom and Blossom Avis 25

I love the product that I use for my new born baby ( baby body and shampoo wash) but this and the bubble bath have been out of stock since November. We are now in March and the product has still not been restocked. It is also the same in other shops like Boots and Waitrose, the product is out of stock everywhere and has been for a really long time. I love the product and cream do my 2 year old and baby but I am having to look for a different product now.

Although the product itself is fine, I did not sign up for a subscription and my emails to cancel continuing orders have been ignored. I am not at all happy with the customer service - have enough capsules to last me a year and I do NOT want any more!

Awful. Paid extra for delivery on specific date, delivery not made on time. Can’t contact a human. Awful service, can’t get a refund. Total joke. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I have noticed that the negative reviews are likely relating to a company called Bloom and Bond, not Bloom and Blossom. The items mentioned in the reviews are not supplied by Bloom and Blossom but are available on the Bloom and Bond website.

Bloom and Blossom are a UK based family business specialising in skincare for all stages of life; pregnancy, new motherhood, babies and menopause. Their products are also available via Boots, Marks and Spencer and Amazon and all have great reviews. I have purchased items from Bloom and Blossom for my daughter when she was pregnant; she loved the products and bought some for her friends. I'm about to purchase some for my daughter in law who is pregnant.

I wanted to advise of this as it is extremely unfair for Bloom and Blossom to have these erroneous reviews on Trustpilot. I guess it may have been an autofill when typing in Bloom and Bond as l comes before o.

Waist of time they do nothing. Look at the returns policy. Who on earth keeps the original Packaging to return?

Took for two months did nothing . Make sure you cancel your subscription!!!

I would advise extreme caution when ordering from this company. My experience has been consistently poor on every level.the service is completely unreliable. I never received my initial order of the "Highly Effective Engine Anti-Wear Protectant." Customer service promised a replacement, but it never arrived. I cannot recommend this product or this company.

If I could give a zero l would customer service very bad does not get back in touch with you, and they automatically put you in for subscription,I had to tell my bank to stop future payment, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FROM THEM VERY BAD SERVICE

I should have checked here first! I've also been charged for a second order under a 'Subscription' I certainly did not sign up for. Following advice in previous reviews I'm about to contact my bank to block further transactions as I'm getting dead ends to links and no response to emails

Subscription added auto and you can’t cancel it no matter which way you try. You can’t cancel an order the web page goes to blank pages and they don’t respond to emails

Absolute scam. I bought a one off pot of Pumpkin Seed Oil and the next thing i know they are taking another payment out of my account because they have "subscribed" me to monthly deliveries. This was absolutely not apparent on their website. Ive emailed about getting a refund but haven't had any reply as yet. Avoid.

I recently got some 'mission moisture' body cream for my wife and she absolutely loves it, feels so light on her skin and its a really great quality product. Delivery was quick she has already purchased another bottle in Boots!

Scam. Received my order but then they said I'd signed up for a subscription and kept taking money out of my account. I then tried to unsubscribe and it doesn't allow you to do this online. They then offered me 25% refund of an order I did not make. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Don't buy! They do not ship what you ordered. I ordered Pumpkin Seed Capsules and I received 3 boxes of toothpaste and a pack of toothbrushes with Chinese labels throughout the outside of the package. There was no invoice in the package and it came from IMB in Franklin Park, IL. This company is just a front company, but not the actual company that mails you the content of your package. I've sent an email to have a refund, but haven't received an answer yet. I would recommend going to your nearest health food store. Honestly, now knowing that it is coming from China, I'm not sure I trust the ingredients.

I have received 3 packets which I was not aware of that I had ordered so pay pal have paid this am cancelling all not good please be aware!

I placed an order as a present. After a week I had not received a dispatched email. I contacted their customer service. I was told I had put an incorrect postcode on delivery address, therefore Royal Mail could not find the address and were returning the parcel to Bloom and Blossom. Customer service were so helpful and as soon as they had the correct address it was dispatched. The parcel was delivered 2 days later. This was all at no extra expense to me. Thank you Bloom and Blossom.

I ordered one Highly Effective Engine Anti-Wear Protectant, but my delivery never arrived. I contacted customer service, and they promised to send it again, never happened. My father-in-law ordered a 3+2 free offer, but we only received three; the two promised freebies were never delivered. Be cautious if you're considering ordering. As for the product itself, I haven't noticed any improvement in the engine; in fact, it seems like the engine has lost some power. The noise level is lower, which is true, but it seems to come at the expense of performance. ☹️👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Yes it’s a cream yes it smells gorgeous, yes it absorbs thoroughly and yes the divine scent lingers beautifully too. It absolutely does what it says on its fabulous pot. It’s target areas are hips, tum & bum however I may lather it all over my body from now on!
