Purchased 3 month subscription for mom

Purchased 3 month subscription for mom. She loved the flowers! 2nd month flowers delivered looked like they were frostbitten. Emailed customer service and they delivered replacement flowers within 2 days. My mom said the flowers were just gorgeous! Very impressed with product and customer service. I would recommend this company to my friends!

Great Company

My latest order arrived over a week ago. It was beautiful and the flowers were fresh and healthy looking. It was a mixed bouquet that included roses. All the blooms including the roses still look great. I recommend Bloomsybox and can verify first hand that they provide outstanding customer service.

Amazing flowers

Amazing flowers. I've received 6 boxes so far and flowers have always been in great shape.Excellent service.

We have received three deliveries out…

We have received three deliveries out of the six ordered to date and each time flowers have arrived damaged and rather old. They did not last more than a few days and were in poor shape when delivered.

Poor quality - had to cancel

Consistent delivery of poor quality flowers was my reason for cancelling my subscription. When we got this poor service 2 months in a row, I asked for a full refund and cancellation. Customer service rep pleaded for another chance and promised to personally oversee selection of future orders but after a couple of months it was back to the same problem. I again asked for a full refund & cancellation. Was told my subscription was canceled but still haven’t seen the refund. What I thought would be a lovely gift for a friend turned into an embarrassment - an expensive one! I would not use this company again.

Love of all things flowery...

The flowers so far have been in great shape; healthy and beautiful! They have been a great addition to our home, especially during the cold, wintery months. The long-lasting colors are a welcome sight at the beginning and end of the day!

Find another subscription service

BloomsyBox changed their product from being single-variety bouquets to mixed variety with tons of filler crap, and they never communicated that with customers. Their customer service takes days to get a response. Their call / chat features don’t yield a support representative. They also never offered to refund the bouquet, even though it was completely unsatisfactory. Awful experience. I’ve canceled my subscription and the gift subscription I had placed for my mom.

Happy wife, happy life.

I get these for my wife. The flowers are beautiful, fresh and most importantly makes my wife super happy every time she receives them at work. That happiness is carried home and makes me happy. BloomsyBox seriously changed our young marriage for the better. I recommend this service to everyone, even if you’re single. Getting flowers will brighten up anyone’s day. Thank you for creating this service.

Very nice arrangement this month

Very nice arrangement this month. Much nicer than most of the arrangements. For the most part have been very pleased with the quality of the flowers that have been sent.

Disappointed

Flowers have not lasted long and usually arrive in average condition. Additionally, I have made two requests to speak with customer service and have received no response. Disappointing.

Mediocre

The first month, spirit roses, was wonderful. Beautiful flowers. The next three months have been mediocre at best. The flowers in the second shipment, gerbera daisies, were all dead within 3 days. We'll see what the next few months bring.

I was a little concerned when the…

I was a little concerned when the flowers came - in the winter - they were a little droopy. I was gold to wait 24-48 hours and sure enough, they are beautiful.

We received one bouquet that didn't recover and the company replaced it within a few days! They were extremely helpful and kind during the transactions!
