Mid May I placed an order for a hair product called wow dream curl. They said they would email me with an order confirmation and shipping updates. I always take screen shots to cover myself and lucky I did! They never sent anything. Fast forward nearly a month later and no product. I emailed them and they made it seem like my fault for not knowing the order number. I asked them what was going on with my product and they said it had been delivered. And basically it was my problem not theirs. They confirmed the shipping number which was the same as a parcel delivery from the previous weekend. The courier delivered my parcel on a Sunday and sent through pictures of where they had left the parcel, which was unattended on the public streets for anyone to get! I went as soon as I had finished work but the parcel was already gone. I provided the photos to the company from the courier and they just ignored it. I ended up disputing with my bank and they reversed the payment. Never buying from this business again. Very poor customer service and their care is zero.

Sold me FAKE K18… I only knew it was FAKE as I use K18 regularly. They said SORRY to late for a refund. The crap in the bottle was hand cream. The FAKE was in K18 packaging, all labeled correctly ( box had all the correct trademarks and spelling).
The FAKE bottle was easily identified once opened but by that time your money’s gone.

This company is still selling fake k18 products. I have informed Afterpay who have closed my complaint because I failed to respond to an email missed in spam, and they did not notify me through their message service where the complaint was made. Afterpay and directed me to make payment to these scammers. I no longer feel safe even purchasing online through Afterpay. I have reported to K18 who confirmed this company is not permitted to sell their products, ACCC and Fair Trading NSW although others have stated they have done the same and yet it is still being sold on their website. Afterpay have done nothing to stop them selling these fake products through their payment service. Not feeling hopeful so please beware of this ongoing scam

Purchased the olaplex 8 piece bundle kit for $280(only slightly cheaper, maybe $30, than buying literally anywhere else)
Received only 2(no.0 & no.1) items out of 8.
Went to email the company an realised the postage label was from China.
Then lead me to check batch codes.
Both these items batch codes are invalid.
So this company is not only selling fakes for genuine items prices, they don’t even send all your items and are also lying about being Australian based.
Avoid this company and just buy from known retailers.

I purchased K18 and received a fake product. I have bought authentic K18 directly from the official website before and still had my bottle to compare it with, and what I received here was clearly not authentic.
The item was shipped directly from a Chinese wholesaler in generic Chinese packaging. I looked up the details on the label and found the same product being sold on Temu, AliExpress, and similar sites for a few dollars.
I emailed the company and told them the product was fake. They replied once saying their “supplier” was trusted and asked for photos. I sent the photos immediately and since then they have completely ghosted me. No refund, no explanation, no follow-up.
Do not buy from this company. If you want real K18, go through an authorised retailer because you will not get it here.
Happy to provide photos of the packaging and wholesaler details to anyone who wants proof.

Fake product. I was sent a fake K-18 ,
Which came in Temu like packing from a Chinese address

The seller is selling counterfeit K18 products also they are selling them expensive I paid $49 for a fake K18 hair mask $22 for cheap argan oil that arrived drippy and the pump keeps getting unattached and I paid $39 for a straightener brush that was described as quick heating it was slow and did not do a good job in straightening my hair and the charging did not last long I returned them and got my money back from PayPal it’s illegal for them to sell counterfeit goods report them to PayPal and your bank and Australia consumer affairs department I want to stop them from scamming others like they did to me. Also they have fake reviews on all there products and they also been deleting my reviews every time I have to rewrite it and it gets deleted.

Claims to be Australian owned based in the “Gold Coast” but took two weeks to arrive. I ordered two bottles of K18 mask which are $100-$120 elsewhere so I should have trust my gut when this place were selling them $50 a bottle.

The products that arrived appeared counterfeit. Package said shipped from China. The text font on the bottle was different to the legit K18 I have used in the past. The QR code on the box led to nowhere.

I believe this website is just a drop ship front selling illegitimate goods from china. Beware.

Placed an order on 10 Sep 2025 for K18 Hair treatment 150ml. No email confirming order placed, no tracking number. Followed up on the 16th, again, no tracking number supplied nor item delivered, no response from anyone. Poor communication and possible scam.
