Great product quick delivery

Prices and service all good.
Price of my item was very competitive. Delivery was ridiculously quick. I received no notifications of expected delivery etc. (due aparently to a "computer issue") but my call to them was returned quickly and a pleasant conversation was had whilst delivery details were confirmed.
I will have no hesitation in using Blue bar Industries again.

Amateurish
After not receiving an email confirmation of my order I rang them. I get this girl who said it was being packed. So what? Where's my email?
So I send an email requesting the order confirmation and another once it's sent, like their website says. But nothing again!
So I end up calling again a few days later and they send the tax invoice.
Like herding cats!

Thanks for the message.. Our website sends out automated emails once the tracking is added.. The fact that you rang and requested another email to be sent, which I am sure we would have done as this is a normal process when requested and you didn't receive it either that it may be a problem at your end with the email server? I guess its easier to blame everything else other then look at the whole picture..

Not up to the quality
The quality of Klein 1006 crimpers is not good. Makes me wonder if this is an original product. I have got Klein 1005 crimpers as well and they are perfect.
Issues are:
1) The cutter is blunt and ineffective.
2) The grip material as compared to K1005 is not the same quality. K1005 grip is thicker and plush and comfortable. This one is a pain.

If you had a problem with them all you had to do was contact us and we would have been more then happy to sort it out for you..
