Ordered three cards. Two showed up a week late and one not at all.

I never had a chance to review the card before it was submitted. It would be a nice feature. Also it took nearly 2 weeks before it arrived in Europe!

Beautiful cards are available within which you can write your own message. They're easy to work with.They send a sample of the final card for approval so corrections can be made if necessary. They're better than using Hall----.

I have ordered twice and both times the conversation and service have been great. My birthday cake couldn’t have been more prefect, we had the entire restaurant coming over to look at it. The cake I ordered for Halloween was so cute, my coworkers didn’t even want to cut it.

My friend loved her card. I do recommend you find a way to include tracking on a card. A business model tang sells cards and can’t provide tracking across boarders is a problem. So I would work on that. Thanks

Super convenient

I really like that the company even includes postage and mails your card for you! It's a much needed service. The one thing I think they can improve is having an individualized "address book" for each customer, and making the user's return address auto-fill so we don't have to type it in for each addressee.

I've always had rave reviews from the recipients I send Blue Bird cards to, but this was the first time the card was a dud. It was a pop-up card that holds a tea light candle, and part of the card was glued together so it didn't pop up easily, the card stock was rather flimsy, and the tea light didn't work. My mom (the recipient) said, "Oh well. It's the thought that counts."

Nice selection. Great I'm able to personalize. Always mailed immediately and cards arrive in time. I've used Blue Bird for a couple of years now and will keep using their service
