While it is a bit of a lengthy process, Jen was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Keep in mind they only do smaller amounts for loans unless you have collateral. Overall a great experience though... Voir plus

The owner was amazing truly. Goes above and beyond to be kind was an amazing help. Well definitely come again if im ever in need a loan again. Plus they have a cat that comes and chills with you in the office while you wait what's not to like!!

Paula. amazing easy going and seems like a great person . enjoyed dealing with her alot. Michelle very nice person as well but be seems to need a little to much personal info for small loans .all in all tho when in need they get the job done as fast and fair as possible. if in need I'd recommend if not an emergency situation. 5 stars for Paula!

Great service
Great service, efficient communication and a really easy way to get a loan with lots of help and support to get the right deal. The staff at BCC understand the community needs. They will not just give you fish to eat, but also teach you how to fish. Loan borrowed from BCC is like investing. I wish Blue Copper Capital was a bank, this is the place I can entrust my money.

Supirior customer service, every agent I have spoken to, has been very friendly, helpful and acomidating. BCC's patience and understanding through a personal tough period, had played a major part in getting me back on my feet in life! A few I.T. glitches throughout the end process, but I would recommend BCC to everyone.
