Blue Cyber Cow is a place I now go to for tech. The main reason is, the wide range of quality goods. And the price. The refurbished range of tech Blue Cyber Cow has beats its competition. And is sent out for free usually by next day delivery wrapped in a bubble wrap and a box with leads etc. I like their 12 month warranty and 30 days no quibble returns. I bought 2 laptops and currently looking for a tablet. Thanks Blue Cyber Cow for existing as you do, actually. Filled a gap in the market, for me!

Received a totally scratched up computer. I don't have too much of an issue with that as it's second hand. But at least make sure it works. Such a waste of time

Such a smooth process and very nice laptop, couldn’t be happier.

I ordered a monitor as I have just started working from home. I realised very quickly that it wasn't compatible with my laptop and requested a return immediately. No response. That was 5th Feb. I received automated acknowledgment of this request. Sent a reminder 10th and still nothing. This is what their site states:

It's not the amount, it is the principle. At this point it doesn't appear that I will get my money back.

Finally heard back now with an apology and offer of a full refund. I will be checking to make sure it arrives. Not sure why my request was missed but if they put it right now, that will do.

First computer I bought didn't turn up. DPD lost it but customer service was excellent and I was refunded my money and bought another that turned up on time.

The item ( a laptop with disc drive) was delivered quickly and was well packaged. It is in good condition. It came equipped with up to date security software and the latest version of Windows. Good price, quick delivery and easy set up.

It’s my first purchase ever and it feels like I just scored a home run. I was skeptic when I read about the potential “visible” scratches and signs of wear, but I had a hard time even finding one (near-invisible stroke). Currently testing, but so far so good, everything from packaging to delivery time is OP!! This is far better than I imagined! Many thanks!!

The workstation computer runs well. It is as described. Well packaged and no damage during transport. It meets expectations for capability of workstation.

The laptop arrived well wrapped and on time.
It was a reassuring surprise to find the machine in great physical condition, no noticable marks or scatches, despite being C graded.
The screen is bright and unmarked; operation is brisk despite just 8 GB RAM, and it will be easy to increase the small 256 GB SSD internal storage using an external hard drive.
Office 365 and Norton protection have been added and so far the computer has operated without fault.

I have ordered up to 5 laptops from Bluecybercow and all have always come in good shape. A part from one which had battery issues, but I returned it and was fixed. So far am very happy, looking forward to receiving a prize this year as one of your trusted clients... haha.
