I applied my Fassai and trade licence at 20th may 2025, paid the amount as asked 2,970/-, shared all the details and till now it's almost been a year I didn't find any kinda update. They never called back or never solved the problem.

I want to give stars in minus, my experience is so so bad with Bluedex. At first I contacted BLUEDEX, PUNE for FASSAI license, that happened smoothly, but unfortunately I had to close my business within a few months, so I contacted BLUEDEX, PUNE again to cancel my licenses this time FASSAI, Udyam, MSME,GST and Shop. The contact person was Himani, she promised me the work will be done within seven to ten days. It was 22 January, After multiple follow ups for more than a month, I got to know the guy who was assigned to my work Aman has not even started the work. On 26 th February when I asked for proof of work he sent me a screenshot where the "last login date was shown 12-09-25 (the date I got my FASSAI) and Surrender application date is 26-02-26", the day I asked for proof of work, which means before that day (26 th February) he didn't even started working. After seeing that an argument was obvious, so the guy Aman promised me to finish the work by the end of that day or refund my money,but he didn't! he took two days for FASSAI and Udyam, MSME cancellation submission. No work for GST and Shop. I myself raised the cancellation request for GST. Still shop licence cancellation request submission is pending, I even wrote to BLUEDEX directly, with all the screenshots but I received NO RESPONSE of that email. I have to repeatedly request Aman to finish my work but he is not doing it, on 25 th March when I asked him,he told me he will refund my money, "he will refund my money after three months of delay!!" Everything is a joke right? No value for people's time and money!!Who will compensate for the delay? So lastly he told me by last Friday (27-03-2026) he was supposed to finish the Shop licence cancellation work but again he didn't finish. Nobody is reachable except this utterly unprofessional Aman. Whom should I contact I don't know. They don't even respond to the e-mails. Though in the future I have business plans but I am never contacting BLUEDEX again for my licenses. Utterly Unprofessional people!! You take your customers for granted!!

I engaged Bluedex for an FSSAI registration on January 19th 2026. My experience was highly unsatisfactory:
​Misinformation: I was repeatedly told my application was "in processing," while the official FSSAI portal showed it had been "Reverted to FBO" for weeks.
​Access Control: The agency registered the application using their own contact details instead of mine. Despite multiple requests, they refused to share the login credentials for my own business license, effectively locking me out of my legal entity.
​Lack of Accountability: After 3 months of delay and failing to resolve the "Reverted" query, I was forced to request a refund. They eventually refunded the money but left me with a "Reverted" application that is now blocking my business onboarding on Zomato.
​I would strongly advise other business owners to manage their own FSSAI compliance or use a more transparent partner. Save yourself the 3-month headache.

I had the worst experience with Bluedex. I had to pay upfront for my FSSAI License application. Yogita is the agent assigned to me and she has provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. She takes atlest 3 days and multiple follow up just to acknowledge. After a whole month of harassment I am still stuck and have applied for the license with another company. They don't even have refunded me and now the lady is asking me to contact another agent to handle my query. It's really frustrating. I AM REALLY UPSET WITH BLUEDEX and I will always tell everyone to avoid using Bluedex.

Too late certificate issuing in bluedex

It's a good service but not fully honest,it's told me that in 2 days all the process done also license will be issued but it's taken almost 1 week. Little disappointed.

They don’t reply, I’ve been receiving the same mail regarding fssai license, but every time they say the same thing that we are reverting, they never pick the call up and don’t update at all, it’s been more than 2 months and I’m still behind their back.

Taken an advance payment of RS. 1652 on 16th Dec, 2025 for FSSAI, still not having any response as well from their side, completely fraudulent service and fake hyped paid customer reviews. They are deceiving and hampering commoners. Govt. or cyber security must scrutinize the matter and take necessary action.
