Professional team , quick , knowledgeable and reliable Specially manager Grant Doe , and Toby . Both were really helpful and went above and beyond to sort out our boiler really quickly .
Engineer explained what he was going to do and why. Took photos of parts that may be required if any further issues encountered so there would be no delay.

Prompt and efficient service
I rang them in the morning to report a leaking radiator in my bathroom. The engineer was on my doorstep by 3:40pm! By 4:30pm, the job was done and all cleaned up. Marvelous.

Had a faulty thermostat so heating wouldn't go off , lounge was like a sauna, chap came switched it off and came back later with a new thermostat. Very happy, have been using Blue Flame for a few years now for servicing our heat pump ,very professional and polite and friendly.
