Alison had a direct line to the property owner, and thanks to her efficiency, we were able to confirm the purchase on the very same day we viewed the house. We were the very first viewers, and no one else needed to view the property as the deal was agreed straight away.

Alison arranged a viewing of a house for us at short notice and was there to greet us when we arrived. She was courteous, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our time with her, even though it will have been apparent to her that the property wasn't really suitable for us.
