From U-Tube reviews and a reference from a friend we were amazed at what the Bluetti elite 300 power station could do, compared with it's weigh, size and price. We tested it out tonight and we thrilled with what appliances and lighting we could use simultaneously in our caravan. We are looking forward to many off grid holidays in the future and occasionally home emergency back up when needed.

Great product and a great price with fast shipping.

I origanally ourchased a AC240 and over the past 2yrs we have travelled extensively around Australia, this battery back up system has worked fantastic in running our fridge, starlink and other products. I also use it to run my tools in the shed and around the yard and it has never failed me. Since then i have purchesd the Bluetti Charger 1 and just installed the upgraded Charger 2 in the back of my truck which has given me a greater amount of access to solar panel on my roof of my truck and just waiting on the Bluetti hub to install.
Bluetti provides in my opinion a fantastic product that is reliable and easy to install and use

Ordered an Elite 300 with Charger 2 at a great price and it was delivered in just over a week despite advert stating around 3 weeks. It was easy to wire to my vehicle and works exceptionally well so far.

The level of after-sales support it appalling. The product is good but you are almost totally ignored if there is an issue.
I have a SolarX 4K that is faulty and resulting in an off-grid installation shutting down.
It's been 11 days and counting since I lodged a support email. With no response I have now lodged a claim for a replacement, but it seems highly likely we will need to make a claim through Consumer Affairs if Bluetti do not meet their warranty obligations. I would have bought more of the Bluetti product but this experience has lto ed me cancel that decision.

Can’t wait to get my 300 BLUETTI so we can go away in our RV and be off grid for a longer

Bought my Bluetti Elite300 & Charger 2 from Bluetti itself and was impressed with the service and quality of the product. Fantastic looking forward to the trip around Australia and giving it a good test, so far perfect. I was going to wire vehicle and caravan up with full system including 300w inverter, upgrading solar panels etc, but now I don't have to and I can take it anywhere any vehicle and can rag hare by vehicle solar or mains power.

They sold me their new charger 2 which wasn't ready for market. It does NOT work in modern cars at all. They told me i need to buy a bunch of 3rd party products to try fix the problem by doing some dodgy wiring on my car to try fix it with no guarantees. They offered to return $30 to me. I only bought the elite 200v because of the driving I do, knowing the charger 2 would refill it. $2500 worth of paper weights, I've been utterly ripped off and am now ignored when I said I wasn't happy with their solution.

Following another power failure I decided to research power backups. A neighbour told me about Bluetti and after some further research I was sold. The purchasing process has been faultless as has Bluetti's communication plus a very quick delivery. Early days yet but at this stage I am very happy with my purchase.

I have had a bluetti AC2000Max for about 3 years now and love it, i use it for detailing my cars (power washer, DA polishers, vacuum, etc) an also for running my power tools, and of course when I go camping. it is great and I have recently added the Bluetti Charger 2 to charge the ac2000max when I don't have access to the mains power. I love Bluetti but there custer service and support does need to improve they are slow to respond to queries.

It took me a casual year of research and reading. I believe the Bluetti product has the goods to do what it says. I am enjoying my AC70 and 200W blanket it suits my simplicity of living on the road with a dual fridge, fan and phone.

Purchased the AC70P to compliment my caravans battery, to run a cpap machine and a front leader washing machine while off grid. I've used it a couple of times at home and so far I'm very impressed. It charged very quickly using a solar blanket, it appears to be exactly what we were looking for. I'll know better after our next holiday but I'm confident it'll be a great addition to our caravan.

We purchased the AC180 3 years ago and have been wrapped with its performance .... remote power invaluable with everything from building fences, camping, filming remotely etc.
Purchased a AC200 for a little more backup at home after a few power outages and the investment has paid for itself with keeping the fridges going.
Next is the AC2A for portability for work projects.
Never been happier with these units.

After a few issues with being able to log into member services to complete purchase at member prices I was able to complete my purchase and have my Bluetti and solar panels arrive within a week of purchase. Just in time for a power outage that evening.

I am very happy with my Bluetti products.

Bought an AC300 and 2 x B300 three years ago and an AC180 a little after that.

During the past 12 months I added 2 B300K expansion batteries and thus far all going fine.

My AC180 ran my 30l drawer fridge for 92 hours at 2degrees on one charge. Remarkable. (Inside an underground car park)
