Great product if you can get them to actually ship it to you. My last order took two weeks to receive and there was no feedback from the comapny on when it may arrive. If you travel out of town a lot, this actually matters or packages will be sitting unattended on the porch. Got the same product on Amazon with next day delivery...

I've bought several products from them and hace never had any issues. However, this time my product never showed up. I got a full refund, but hopefully this doesn't happen next time.

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Blumaan, particularly regarding my order placed on October 31, 2024. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with their customer service since then.
On November 27, 2024, after waiting nearly a month for my order, I reached out to inquire about the shipment status, only to be told that my package was "on its way" and that international shipments could take 2-4 weeks. Despite their assurances, I didn’t receive any updates, and the tracking link provided was useless.
By December 13, 2024, after still seeing no updates, I expressed my concerns, stating I believed the package was lost. Unfortunately, the customer service response was unsatisfactory, suggesting that I just wait longer. It wasn’t until December 17, 2024, that they finally informed me my package might be lost and offered a reshipment.
However, as of now, I have not received any information about the new shipment or replacement. The lack of communication and follow-up has been incredibly frustrating. Most recently, on December 26, 2024, I asked for the tracking number for the new shipment, but I'm still in limbo.
The whole experience with Blumaan has been disappointing, and their customer service response time and support have been lacking. I certainly expected better service and communication during this process.
Overall, I would caution others before placing an order here, as my experience has been far from satisfactory.

The products are amazing and give me the results I'm looking for. I have struggled with medium-thick hair and love using their clay to help style my hair. Great customer service and helpful!

Have tried a couple different products. The Meraki is by far the most unique and effective, a bit tuggy for my taste. That's why I personally love the Monarch. Good hold with super smooth application. And both products wash out quick and easy. Don't need to shampoo 3 times just to feel clean.

I had a bad experience with the customer support of this brand. I ordered two products for my brother as a birthday gift, but later it was canceled and I still did not get my refund. They said they suspect the payment being a fraud, I emailed them to make them understand that I am the owner of the bank card I made the payment from and I can even take pictures and provide supporting documents that prove that. Until now I still did not get my refund.

I have been trying to get my products since November. They were late. Ok I said no problem it happens. December comes still no products. In January they said there was a mixup. Ok sometimes those issues happen as well-fine.New products were sent to me with overnight shipping, and to my suprise They were wrong products( not what I have ordered initially) … Then they said they will issue a full refund that I never got.I have been waiting for 2 days for an email response for now…I really like the products and I am a fan of Blumaans, for years before it was a hair brand, but customer service and logistics is really underdelivering. I say that with 5 years of experience in customer management/logistics in e-commerce. I hope they resolve this and make an SOP for these kind of issues. Its normal it happens, but the way its being handled is very disappointing.
