I ordered some Korean toners and…
I ordered some Korean toners and moisturiser from unblemish and was really happy to receive the genuine products. (After receiving fake products from a big company starting with A, this was a relief!) The order arrived very quickly, within a couple of days, as they are uk based, which really pleased me as I have had to wait months for Korean skin care from companies who have to ship their products. The packaging was lovely, filled with shredded pink tissue paper, a small artificial flower, a couple of little samples and a personalised note to say thank you for ordering with them. I will definitely be ordering from unblemish again!

Could not be happier! Was looking online for my favourite few Korean hydrating toners and expecting to have a nightmare as usual, comparing prices, postage etc. Came across this UK based site for the first time and decided to give it a go as they had ALL my favourites and on sale/great prices too! Oh and free postage! They arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, even with various little freebies! I even have £5 off my next order already due to their points system. Extremely impressed and will most definitely order again!

I cannot tell you how much receiving my order from Unblemish lifted my day. First of all it was super quick to arrive, I ordered on the Saturday and the items were with me by Monday. It was all beautifully packaged with little free samples of items I genuinely was already keen to try and were relevant to my existing purchases - not just the random fillers you sometimes get with other companies where sadly it just creates more waste. As well as that but the tea, flower and note made me feel like I’d received a care package from a friend. So nice to receive and really lifted my mood after a rubbish day. Thank you again, it’s the little things for the consumer and you’ve earned my loyalty with ease 💕

Great first time customer experience!
Great first time customer experience! The website is polished and extremely easy to navigate with very helpful articles too. Bianca, whom I liased with, is both friendly and professional. My order arrived in less than 48 hours especially considering I added another item to my order at the last minute. Most companies wouldn't accept that but not Unblemish who responded both promptly and politely every time.
The order itself was beautifully presented including both a cute sticker and a personalised handwritten note. However the cherry on top were the free samples I received! There were multiple samples and they were from reputable brands too: Innisfree; Laneige; Axis Y (and a wonderful Pukka teabag sample of Vanilla & Rose) I was over the moon! I've placed high value orders from the biggest international kbeauty sites and not only would I have to wait 4 weeks for my order to arrive, sometimes having to chase the package myself, but I was lucky if I even got 2 free samples along with the order! Those days are gone now, I can now purchase legitimate Kbeauty products, receive them in less than 48 hours for an extremely reasonable price and from a lovely person to boot!
Definitely earned a repeat customer in me.

Support small businesses! Way better customer experience than ordering from major brands
the prices are great but what made me the happiest is the time they took to make sure receiving the parcel was a good experience! They put a lot of effort into it and you can tell - the perfume they sprayed in the parcel was lovely! I got a little flower and a sticker and two samples eventhough I only bought one thing! It’s the little things that matter. And when I emailed them to check the status of my delivery they responded instantly and kindly! This is why we should support small businesses because they made my day as much as I’m sure I made theirs by placing an order!
