The worst company I have ever worked with.
The whole business model of this company is to duped the people.
They are collecting professional fee from me from last 3 years but never submitted any compliance forms to ROC.
And now I realized that even after paying all dues on time, I have to pay fine of Rs. 62,000 to ROC.
Edit: After sending all documentary evidences of how they looted me, they stop replying for mails.
Please stay away from this company.
