I had paid some RS.7000+ for Doing TradeMark ad Copy right on our product name and Ms e cregistration, to start with one guy called Ajay called and said all we had to do was give a copy of the GST registration and some proprietor ship detail and that's it they will do everything but after payment this guy went out of picture and another one as irresponsible as the other came up and started asking for this that and everything which I could have done the whole registration myself and didn't need these cheats in the middle...then I asked for refund as nothing was done and one Pawan ..he doesn't give his number..only email..he responded to by forwarding my email to Ajay saying to respond but nothing happened and then I mailed aflgain for refund and this fellow too doesn't respond..I am going to go legal and teach these cheats a lesson

Pathetic service, they dont care once you send you the money.

they offered individual TM registration for 6499 INR. i am fall in that offer.
but after that, they asked for Notary attestation and Statmp papers send as soft copy( notary 500+stamp paper 100+ dtp 50 + my 2 days)

my bad luck, i am done it all.

after that an examination report (ESR) of objection is issued by the Trademark Registry.
Startupwala team asked 2000 Inr for submit a legal reply.
i am paid for it.

now, they email that a Hearing Notice is issued/fixed by the Trademark Registry and need 5000 for a single hearing

now, i am spent 14149 INR for my TM registration.

so, don't go with offers..

NB: i am also applied on vakilsearch.com. its more better.
if your TM have a chance for objection, just go offline or go with any agency, ( i am applied another TM application with an agency, they only charged 13000 INR only including hearing and objection reply.)
