Do not entertain this company they have the maintenance on our complex and we haven’t had a lift now for 1 year 5 months and the general maintenance is nearly none existent, over the last week we have had no hot water on 3 occasions you have been warned !!!!
Please don't give this company your money. They are unprofessional and cant even care less about the blocks entrusted to their care

I’ve worked with property management companies for over 30 years and Block Management UK stands out as one of the best in the industry. From a contractor’s perspective, they are incredibly well organised, with proactive and responsive property managers who are always approachable and easy to deal with. Their management systems, particularly the online portal, make scheduling work, submitting documentation, and staying on top of compliance straightforward and efficient.
From the sites I’ve worked on so far, resident and leaseholder feedback has consistently been positive towards them and us as their appointed contractor.
