I recently joined this course and have had Danny as my mentor. He has provided me with such a wide range of skills and advice to help guide me.

First of all don’t be fooled by their extreme marketing pressure in TikTok or any platform. If you go to a website called SKOOL, you can have all the information for FREE.
There’s no “SYSTEM” as what they claim in their marketing strategy and if you are not from Victoria then this Highly Priced $15000 is not going to serve its purpose for you.
No leads for a rental agency that can help you
No system, you have to sign up to everything needed.
No links or direct way to prove that furnishings can go from $8k to $4k like what they saying on their marketing videos.

Once you signed up, their “agreement “ have a “NO REFUND CLAUSE”, next is a again if you are from Victoria have “NO COMPETITION CLAUSE” and they also include which is ridiculous for a Mentorship, don’t you want your students to be successful?

If you find yourself signing up before contacting me as a reference or the other people ( we are in Facebook btw just send us a message and we are happy to share our experiences.)and pay the ridiculous $15000 and you find yourself and the product to be unfitting for its purpose then the law is your only chance to take your money back.

We can only share our experiences at the end of day it’S up to you.

Utmut is very patient and very knowledgeable
I was very displeased with the Abnb course I paid alot of money for.
The company hired Utmut as a trainer and he helped me immensely with getting my property listed and hopefully can now get some bookings.

Danny was great with me from the start, he guided us and showed real examples all the way through ensuring that if we had any questions they would be answered quick and effectively. He was a great source of wisdom when times got trying after multiple close calls however he kept us focused and kept the belief in our process to eventually secure our first property! Being part of the BNB Success community gives you that upper hand to learn all the ins-and-outs of running your own short stays business/company, and gives you real time answers to any questions you have along your journey. My mentor Matthew has been very encourging and helpful, giving me those motivational pushes to make those calls and progress in my journey, he's very knowledgable in this industry in can answer any questions you have along the way. The frequent Q&A meetings are also very helpful, a time for the BNB community to share all their questions and insites. I'm still on the early stages of my journey, but with my mntor and community, I'll succeed in no time. :)

Danny has been a great mentor. He's experienced and gives very detailed tips and guides us every step of the process. Through the weekly calls he keeps us accountable and monitors our progress continuously. Very responsive in the chat group too whenever we have questions. Keep up the great work!
