In fact, now there are a huge number of such sites, but as a rule they do not attract your attention. And then I immediately drew attention to some interesting clothes, and immediately made an order. And these clothes surpassed my expectations!

Love the dress despite having some…
Love the dress despite having some difficulty with the couriers who carelessly delivered it to the wrong office and when told refused to bring it out claiming that it was too far out of his way. Mary kindly offered to use a different delivery option in future but that would be the only way I would order again.

Cant fault anything I get from Bo Peep .. every piece of clothing I have got has been true to size and the quality is really first class.. delivery is also spot on..when they say it will be there it's there ..looking forward to shopping with Bo Peep again 👌

I have returned everything
I have returned everything. I found the pink dress to be badly cut, didn't sit properly especially the collar. The shoes were also very cheap looking, bad quality and sore to try on. The black polka dot dress was lovely but ill fitting on the shoulders (too much fabric) and unlined. I was very disappointed because I usually order from lindy bop and find them excellent quality but when I heard about your shop I wanted to support Irish business. I won't be risking it again considering it cost me ~16e for the privilege of trying on these items.

I'm so sorry you've had such a bad experience on your first time shopping with us :( I wish you had of emailed first so we could try to resolve any issues/exchanges for you as we do have access to the full Lindy Bop range and we would have loved to exchange these items for a few styles from your favourite brand. We would also never expect an unhappy customer to pay for return shipping.
A review like this could be really damaging to our business so I will reply to your points as best I can to reassure any customers in doubt.
The brands we stock are Lindy Bop, Collectif, Hell Bunny and Dolly and Dotty which are all really well respected good quality brands. After over 10 years in businesses this is our first 1 star review between Facebook and Trustpilot so we are pretty gutted but we will just have to take it on the chin :) Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us.
It is inevitable that some items are not always going to suit or fit right.
A small fraction of the dresses are not lined (usually Dolly & Dotty) but this should be stated in the description and most of our customers have been so happy with the quality and price of this brand that they quickly become regular customers. So I would definitely recommend trying another style as the next one could be a gorgeous fit!
I do have the shoes myself and I love them! We have had no other returns with them and they have been our biggest seller to date! so I will investigate if the pair you received are faulty.
We are a small family business and all feedback (good and bad) is so much appreciated so thank you for taking the time to review.
