Even though I received the wrong product, communication with customer support was easy and a refund was given straight away along with return label. Checked the website to see if the product I ordered had been updated and sure enough it was now marked as out of stock and the correct product was put up online. Very effective management and will happily buy again when something I want is in stock.

Wonderful Experience
I bought a game for my partners birthday and it arrived very quickly with updates and tracking the whole way along, and a sweet note at the end. I would highly reccomend Board Game Supply and I will be ordering from them again.
