I ordered a product. Within 15 minutes of ordering, I tried cancelling the product. The Web cancellation did not work, email did not work. When I finally called, third party service said sent cancellation. Product still shipped. When I returned the product unopened, they only gave me 50% back. Don't deal with them! Not worth the hassle.

They told me exactly which propeller to order for my motor, so I trusted their recommendation and spent $150 on it. When the prop arrived, it did not fit my motor.

I have emailed this company more than four times trying to get this resolved, and they have completely ignored me. No response, no help, and no attempt to fix the problem after I ordered the prop they told me to buy.

This company is completely trash. Their customer service is trash, their communication is nonexistent, and they clearly don't care about their customers once they have your money.

If you're going to sell marine parts and personally recommend a specific prop for someone's motor, then you need to stand behind your recommendation when it doesn't fit.

They took my $150 and now won't even answer an email. Absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THIS TRASH COMPANY. Save your money and buy from a company that actually knows what they're selling, answers their customers, and stands behind their recommendations. They do not deserve to make money off customers if this is how they're going to treat people.

I ordered 2 parts. One of the parts was correct and the other was completely wrongs. I tried calling the number they have but it’s a dead end phone loop. I’ve sent 4 emails and no response. I filled out a return form and sent pictures of incorrect part with the part number. My next step is contact my Credit Card Company.

Purchased an expensive item ($over $2000.00). Item was received in damaged condition. In addition to the item charge, Boatplicity charged for shipping insurance. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise Boatplicity was contacted immediately. Despite multiple calls and emails Boatplicity has done nothing to remedy the problem.

"No hassle Return" is garbage. Sent several requests for return with no response. Called the number and the store is never open even Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, their recording says call back during normal business hours. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I was looking for a Trimax THEX5060 Super Chain Security Lock Set for my e-mountain bikes, and Boatplicity had the best overall price I could find anywhere, including the product cost, shipping, and sales tax.

Shortly after placing my order, I received an email confirming that it was on its way. The lock arrived at my doorstep via FedEx about three days later, exactly as described.

The entire purchasing experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely buy from Boatplicity.com again!

I ordered a part on Sunday (7/5). I needed the part before a trip, so I paid for two day shipping and the part shipped out Monday (7/6). Unfortunately, Boatplicity chose FedEx Home Delivery (3-5 day shipping) rather than FedEx 2 Day Delivery. The part is scheduled for delivery Friday (7/10), which is after we depart. I tried contacting Boatplicity via both email and chat and received the most condescending and insulting responses asking me to "try to read and comprehend that delays happen". FedEx confirmed that there are no delays, Boatplicity simply did NOT ship the item as second day delivery (which I paid for). Boatplicity doubled down and rather than taking responsibility for choosing the wrong shipping speed, they continue to suggest that I just don't understand how shipping works. They truly have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Ordered and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Company shipped late and ignored three of my emails. Received package 1 week late. Do better. There’s a reason tech giants like Amazon are swallowing your business. Learn to deliver on time and communicate promptly with customers.

Ordered a item, gave me a tracking number and when they said delivered it was sent to there warehouse in California. Texted 3 times no reply. Talked to 2 people one said they would send it out with another tracking number 8 days later no response. Other agent said will get item expedited right away and get tracking number next day. 4 days later during week no tracking number.. The address was correct they blamed Fed X..

Awful customer service!!! I Fed-Ex'd two pumps, totaling in over $529 in returned merchandise. It's been over one month since they received the returned merchandise. I've emailed them twice and have NOT received any response. Just horrendous customer service. I didn't realize all the bad reviews before I ordered the pumps. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong part number by Jabsco and I ordered the incorrect part. I didn't expect this to be such a problem.

I was disappointed with my experience with Boatplicity. I ordered deck chairs that were clearly advertised as a "Set of 2," and even the packaging I received indicated "Set of 2." However, only one chair was delivered.

When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue was my mistake rather than theirs. I explained that both the product listing and the box labeling indicated that two chairs were included, but my concern was not resolved satisfactorily.

Mistakes can happen with any company, but I was frustrated by the lack of accountability and customer support. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers carefully document product descriptions and packaging when ordering.

Was shipped wrong item. Boatplicity is arguing with me that they sent the correct item even though my order shows the correct item and the packing slip show the incorrect item. After my first contact with them they have gone silent. I would be hesitant to order from them if I were you. I'm out close to $1k.
